Eric and his team did an amazing job! I was looking for a new person to trim my trees before the summer monsoon season hit. I discovered this company and am so glad I did. I needed two large trees thinned and trimmed back, and three relatively new trees trimmed and pruned so they started looking like trees instead of out-of-control bushes. Scott showed up to provide a quote. He was on time and super professional. He took pictures and notes...something I have never seen anyone else do before. The quote came in half of what someone else quoted me. Trimming trees is never cheap, and I found them to be extremely competitive. They were extremely accommodating when getting this scheduled. The crew, along with Eric, showed up on time. We walked through everything that needed to be done, and they took it from there. I have used other companies in the past. What impressed me most is the care and time the entire team at Happy Tree Guys took to get the job right. Eric worked right alongside the crew the entire time. I observed Eric and his crew stepping back to examine the overall tree, making sure they were getting things right. They did a great job cleaning up the area and made sure that anything that fell on the neighbor's property was cleaned up. And, while I am not sure of the intention, I couldn't help but notice that they did not start to run the chipper until they had accumulated most of the branches and debris. Happy Tree Guys are the best! I have used them on two occasions; once to remove a giant 40 foot pine tree that was dead and recently to trim 10 trees for general maintenance around the house. Communication is easy and they always follow-through on scheduled dates. Pricing is really fair compared to other quotes I have received. Wouldn't even give a star. Called to survey the cactus and he said he wouldn't survey it only take down then give option. It was all about the money. I said I'd pay for his time and to simply tell me if cactus was dead. I already have leasing company coming to remove it however they new it was dead from move in this could have truly hurt or killed my young children. read more
