I ordered 12 wings and waited in my vehicle for My order. I noticed the drivers were coming in and out of Happy's Pizza on Telegraph Rd in Southfield without a mask. So my husband went inside to pick up our order and He asked the worker at the counter taking your order. Where is the drivers mask? He said drivers don't have to wear a mask because they work outside. My husband said where did you hear that at when they're going in and out of the kitchen while food is being prepared? He said they don't have to wear a mask because they work outside. We thought everyone was suppose to wear a mask. No exceptions. So he didn't pay for that food because we are concerned about Possible COVID 19 spreading. I will never eat at Happy's Pizza again. Since they don't follow the rules. read more

Excellent pizza and boneless wings. The staff are friendly and the service pretty quick. The restaurant contains seating for about 30. I defiantly plan to visit again the next time I am in the area from Chicago. read more

This location was very helpful I wanted a large pizza with Parmesan and sausages and ham and bread sticks and we didn't have the exact amount and they took a dollar and two off of our amount and I was very pleased. This pizza was 16 dollars and it looked pretty good when I left the store. Then I took a bite into it and the cheese didn't taste fresh at all. I felt like I've been ordering from here on a regular. I was amazed, they made me feel good to eat from there. I usually order online from this particular Happy's Pizza store at least 3 days a week as it is right near my university. Tonight I ordered around 10:43 pm online using their website and was expecting my delivery within an hour. At 11:55 pm, I call them up because I know they would be closing at 1 2am and I asked them about my order. The lady explained me bunch of stuff about their online ordering system and the result was they did not get the order even though I have an email confirmation. To my surprise they told me they were closing at 12 am and therefore cannot serve me. So, I will remain hungry and they just lost a customer. Just got into town, I was hungry but did not want to drive to eat. I asked the front desk about a good pizza restaurant that delivers. She gave me the menu for Happy's Pizza. After looking at the menu, I decided on Rib tip dinner instead of pizza. Maybe I should have ordered pizza instead. I had the supreme pizza and some jalapeño poppers. My food came to my table boxed up for take-out. Horrible customer service. I called three times and every time they put me on hold to only forget about me. When I finally talked to someone to let them know that it has been 1 1/2 hr and the order was only supposed to take 30-40 mins. He starts yelling at me that my order was on the way. My first experience with them was pleasant. Guy behind the counter was nice, a customer didn't pick up their shrimp and we were given the shrimp and it was delicious. I would order from here even though my husband doesn't like eating from here, but my daughter likes their pizza. Fast forward to tonight. After an evening of studying, I could not cook; so I ordered from here. It's 8:30 and they told me it shouldn't be over an hour. Ok...sounds a bit excessive since it's a Monday and there's not a football game on. An hour passes by, I give them a call to get a status and am told they are in the complex. I open the box and the pizza is lukewarm, borderline cold. I felt I had to give this to my 10 year old, since it was already past her bedtime, but I was very displeased. I give them a call and explain the situation and am greeted with attitude and stating, "It came right out of the oven." I told him that I would have to dispute the charges and he said that he already has my signed receipt and that I couldn't dispute - NEWSFLASH - You can still dispute a charge regardless smh. Says he can remake (it's almost 10pm by this time) or give me $5 off next order. At this point, I don't want either because of the time constraints and the fact that I was not feeling this guy's attitude, so no, I don't want to place a future order. Less than 5 minutes later I get a call from their store and I am thinking that they are trying to rectify the situation, but no, that is not the case. The guy carries on saying that he is going to press charges if I attempt to dispute. I am laughing inside at his lack of legal expertise. I've ordered from several Happy's locations in the past 6 months (visiting friends/family & I moved...), but I'm consistently disappointed with my food at this location alone. After it takes over an hour to deliver lunch 1 mile down Telegraph Rd., the food was awful yesterday. The baked wings were burned (yet cold), the shrimp wasn't jumbo (& was cold), and the small square pizza had raw crust (& you guessed it...it was cold). They don't even deserve a rating, they expect a tip when they never deliver on time, I'm barely even 5 mins down the street from them, food is always always always cold, they forget things, bring the wrong things, food is sometimes burnt and chicken is dry. They go to the wrong spot and get an attitude with you when you call and ask where they are, I had to go the corporation to get my money back because they went to the wrong place and I waited over an hour, They were completely rude and nasty to me claiming they came and no one answer the door and they couldn't get pass my apartment gate, but here's the gag I don't have a security gate to my townhome and I'm always down stairs waiting for them to never show up, they never called me I had to call to find out things. Now they have the nerve to say that they can't deliver to me absolutely horrible.
