The ambiance was warm, modern, and welcoming--perfect for both casual coffee runs and group gatherings. Our Choice Residential office came in with a large group of 30+ people, and the team handled it smoothly and professionally. Not an easy task, but they absolutely delivered. A special shout-out to Ahmed Ali, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure our group was well taken care of. Service like that truly makes a difference. I'll definitely be back and will be bringing my real estate team, The Cruz Group. If you're in Apex and appreciate great coffee, culture, and hospitality, Haraz Coffeehouse is a must-visit. Highly recommended.

Chairs are worn down, cushions are incredible stained, tables are heavily scraped and walls are super scuffed, paint is even flaking. At first it seems nice from a slight distance but as soon as you start paying attention to details the charm disappears. On top of this their prices are absurd. I know inflation and all, and while I won't start on their "fancy" drink prices (which in my opinion are still high), even their simple drinks like a single espresso shot or black coffee are just ridiculously high priced. The staff is friendly, but service is also quite slow for coffee and teas. While I won't not go, I would not go out of my way for this place. The only reason I still go is because it is still a kind of nice place to hang out and relax, maybe do some work or just hang out with friends as the location is very convenient. The drinks are hit or miss trip by trip. It's just very...meh..for me now.

Until a friend's meetup group scheduled an afternoon "let's have cocktails all afternoon" Friday. Yup, count me in! I got there right at the appointed time, and the early birds were already halfway into their wine. There is a large patio area outside with chairs and tables in small groups. A sunshade and some nicely placed trees help a little There are a few 2- and 4-tops scattered around as you enter. To the left is a large square bar that projects into the room. Behind it is a veritable library of liquors, towering to the ceiling, which is about 9-10 feet high. Seeing the bartender climb up the sliding ladder and fetch a spirit was part of the show. Further to the left are two seating areas with round tables. We had one of these. The Cabernet proved to be the darling of the group (I think we had three bottles and a few extra glasses, but no one was counting! There were eight of us, so don't think we're a bunch of drunks!) I had looked over the menu online and started with the "Up in Flames". It's a Tiki drink, served with a squeezed lime shell garnish that has a sugar cube and some kind of liquor in it. The waiter lights it while still on the tray, and then sprinkles in cinnamon, which sparkles into the drink. He then extinguishes the flame and serves it. It was quite a show and very delicious! If I ever go and sit outside, I'm going to film it! After a bit, we were getting hungry, so food started appearing. The fig & prosciutto flatbread arrived first, (with a single plate and napkin). It was a 12" x 6" flatbread spread with honey, figs, prosciutto, chèvre, and arugula. Another of these came out later. Quite delicious. Someone else had the nachos, which they said were amazing. After asking, the server brought out more plates and napkins. Other cocktails that we tried and enjoyed were the Perro Perdito (Lost Dog) and the Drastic Measures. The Mango-chili shrub in this one packed a bit more heat than the Jalapeño dip! But it was tasty, with the salt/tajin half-rim. After a few hours of fun food and drink and a lot of laughter, we decided to release our hold on the table. The dinner crowd was champing at the bit to take over, and we were pretty sated. Everyone was safe to drive, so we hugged all around and parted ways, well fed and better friends. Thanks, N&S. You may drag me back to Apex again any time!!

As we walked in I did a take of the surrounding of the store, 4 employees, display, screen for ordering. An employee was up front close to the order and display making some dough. Although she seen us , she never acknowledged us as we were looking at what we could purchase. She was there a good period of time , we were in her line of sight. Never an acknowledgement, no smile or nod from her head, no welcoming greeting, just went on with her work. I have never been here before, but my granddaughter has. Lucky she told me what to do. I put the order in on the screen , we changed it a few times. We both agreed on the peanut butter large cookies. 4 of them would do. We put in the order , paid on the screen. Still did not talk to anyone, nor did anyone acknowledge us. Out of 4 employees you would think someone would say hello .... Right ???? Well a girl came up , I guess she got the order and told us they only had 2 of the peanut butter cookies, we would have to make another decision of another cookie . This is after we paid. We chole chocolate chip. She was nice to us and smiled. Boxed up the cookies and we were on our way. I hope the owners read this. Crumbl is a gourmet specialty cookie baker. To keep loyal customers coming back to pay such a high price for cookies, you need more than an order taker. You need a pleasant experience the moment you walk through that door from one to all your employees working. Remember you may get them to buy your cookies once but will they be back ? Customer retention is your key. Your employees have to be attentive, acknowledge, smile , at least say welcome, have you ever been here before. Oh I am so glad you are here today, thank you for coming in, you will live our delicious gourmet cookies. Something like that. This was an after thought coming here. As we were bowling, playing arcade games at one of the businesses in that center. But I don't think I would come back on my own with all the bakeries in the area that have cookies , etc. but if I had an experience, besides us being ignored until after we purchased, I may think about coming back. But now I don't think so. Even when we go bowling again I won't stop by Crumbl. Too bad, taking customers for granted. You could have a real good thing here.

I was so hungry when the food came I just dove in without getting a photo. If you haven't tried their cod yet, do. I got a one piece diner which comes with two sides. I chose their cole slaw, which is quite good, and onion rings, that surprisingly weren't greasy. The cod is just fantastic. Thick and flaky and always cooked perfectly. They have their own root beer at the fountain, diet and regular. It's comes out very foamy so tip your cup when filling it. That helps, but it still takes time for the foam to subside and then add more. I wish they sold it in the grocery stores. It's that good. They have really cute cups too. The ice cream or custard I'm not so crazy about. It's very thick and when getting hot fudge it isn't hot and they only put it on one side of the cup along the inside wall. Strange. Overall the food is consistent, which is always a good thing.
