Every time I go in there they have a bad attitude, tried teturning a defective item and one of the young employee, named John with me saying they would never sell a defective item like that. Then called me a liar. I asked for a manager, a even worst attitude saying we don't sell defective items. .. Wanted to get their info so I can call corporate office and wounld not aware the phone when asking to speak to a manager. I will never go back there. The crew and it's manager are ALWAYS there to help with a smile and greeting. I chose to shop here at this store and I AM NOT ALWAYS IN A GOOD MOOD when I walk through their doors and that is NOT their fault or job to fix. I want good service and a fair price and that is the #1 priority. The change I have seen in this store over the last 6 months has been HUGE!!! I can go in and get multiple quantities of the same product NOW because they have CLEARLY put an emphasis on INVENTORY and selection. Change is not always good, BUT in this case it is PERFECT!!!!!
