He backed up the order re-totaled it and gave me a refund. He did not have to do that. He could've just as easily either pocketed the $100 or he could have just let it go. But he didn't. He looked in the computer and saw that I was a prior customer he saw that we always got a military discount and we did not get it on this order so he told me and he corrected it, that is why I know these people are trustworthy and good. They had everything I needed, and a couple things I probably didn't, but bought anyway. I also asked for help with carrying out a heavy bag of salt, and no one hesitated for a minute.
