    On line ordering is well below par . no updates .. unable to fide the order on my account page. All I have is a charge to my account...... Try and call customer service..45 minutes on hold and transferred to another non interested worker ..another 30 minutes... The department is in bad shape .. a disgrace to box stores.. The worst service ! The management should be let go immediately.. NO plan in place. just shuffle the customer around and wait... and play mindless info on how they are cleaning your store over and over! Tom G. Home Depot.. NO STARS! Thumbs down

What I received was no where near what I was promised. The soil I received was more "fill soil" if anything( hard, compact large chunks and never seen a sifter). I barely used 5 shovels worth of this junk when I came across large pieces of glass , metal wire, garbage, tons and tons of stone and sticks. I called right away as they say to within 7 days to resolve the issue. I had to call back for the last 3 days to wait for the owner to get in . Finally the receptionist called me back , not him , not a manager stating they will do noting more but give me 10% off a future order. I didn't want a refund of my money, I didn't ask for a discount. All I wanted was them to pick up this garbage so called "Premium top soil" and replace it with fine sifted permium top soil. I'm not going to lay this dirt on my yard where kids and dogs play in fear that glass , metal , rubber and god knows what else is in there. That is horrible customer service , you sell 4 products and can't even honor your product and to not even reach out yourself shows how much you care for your company and customers.I would shop elsewhere. I am happy to make amends if they would just switch it out but that's dangerous to have glass and metal and rubber on top soil!!

S so I explained to her that I had bought the hoodie to my local gym and that I was not a fan of the Buffalo Bills. They don't win anything. She then checked me out and said that I can leave her now because I was not a Buffalo Bills diehard fan. The manager was totally rude and ignorant to think that everybody should be a Buffalo Bills fan that shops at store she works at. Furthermore I had called the freight and explained what had happened. And a conclusion I am very disappointed that I never received a email or a phone call for a follow up of the situation. So then I had called the headquarters again and spoke to another person, and they still have not gotten back to me about a follow up. Even though Harbor freight does have cheap stuff that are discounted prices obviously through my experience at Harbor freight is definitely disappointing and not professional.

I had to accumulate wood for this project so I did not even open the boxes (except the mitre saw which the 1st two were broken, but 3rd worked) until after the 90 days expiration (26 days late). The nail gun did not work. I thought it would be an easy fix, perhaps operator error, yet after talking at great lengths with their support, it was definitely defective. I went to the store and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Later I called and asked to speak to management. They echoed the same line, they would replace it only if I bought the 2 year warranty (the person I spoke to at the store did not offer that. I had already gone to Home Depot (where they sell quality products) and purchased a new one. I understand a 90 day return policy, but this is a terrible business practice. It was brand new, in box, untouched, other than trying to get a faulty product to work. There is a reason that Harbor Freight has 1.5 stars. They are absolute dogshit and I don't care how bad I need something, I am never walking into that place again. Sincerely, die poor assholes!
