I walked out with four items paying $50 plus. she double charged me for one item and didn't charge me for my leather tool pouch. I'll be back in tomorrow to correct the double charging and the ghost " not paid for item. honest mistake maybe. I'll post the photos somewhere here. I purchased a lock box book safe, a roll of T. rex black tape ( charged twice) some pliers and the tool pouch ( I was charged a different price

    I'll door tool sale.

I live close to this Lowe's, so it should be my first stop. It's convenient, and I always hope I'll…read moreget in and out quickly. But nine times out of ten, that's not what happens. The plumbing department is the biggest problem; items are constantly mislabeled or in the wrong spots, boxes don't match the shelves, and it's almost impossible to find the right part. There's rarely anyone around to help, and when someone does show up, they usually can't find the item either. It's discouraging and wastes a lot of time. My most recent visit was the last straw. I went to self‑checkout and told the employee that the item rang up higher than the shelf price. She wasn't a cashier, just one of the workers who stands near self‑checkout and assists customers when there's a problem, and instead of pulling up the item on her screen to verify the price (the way Home Depot does), she told me to leave my cart, walk all the way back across the store, take a picture of the shelf tag, and bring it back. As a customer, I had to do all the work myself. And sure enough, the item was mislabeled again. And when you're already frustrated, the last thing you want is to be charged for bags after spending good money. Home Depot doesn't do that, and it's just another example of how Lowe's makes the experience harder instead of easier. Between the mislabeled products, higher prices compared to Home Depot, and the lack of staff who know how to help, I've realized I always end up driving to Home Depot anyway. Lowe's is now my last resort, not my first stop.

This store has some of the most unhelpful and inexperienced employees I've ever encountered. Please invest in hiring and training employees who actually know the products and can assist customers and WANT TO WORK. This level of incompetence is incredibly frustrating. Damn!
