But it was a Saturday so I expected a higher than normal crowd. Other reviews say the location is hard to get to which isn't wrong. If you're not careful and miss the turn in you will have to navigate through a shopping center and other highly trafficked areas to find the parking lot. I can see how it can be annoying but it's not really Home Depot's fault. Short staffed as always at the self checkout but they were doing the best they could so I will not dock them any stars. One person can only work so quickly and still be helpful. Overall good trip.

It seems from the 2 main big box stores that cater to construction needs, there is the Home…read moreImprovement store that stays clean and organized with wide aisles and friendly employees and then there is the Construction store that is a dusty mess, always dirty and messy, store is discombobulated and cluttered, aisles closed off with retractable gates, and resembles a commercial construction site with the trash and dirt everywhere. This particular location is a true representation of the later store, the commercial construction store. With the business I am in, I have to frequent Home Depot rather than the other big box store because this is where my business has a corporate account. I've avoided these stores for so long because it's always been hard to find things, and even after so many years, no store is the same, and learning the layout and structure has a bit of a learning curve. This one is no exception to the rule. Driving through the extremely tight parking area full of construction vehicles to long to fit in the small parking spaces designed for compact vehicles is a challenge. In what should be a straight row of cars, it's a maze of zig zagging past long trucks, trailers, and trailer hitches that protrude from the ends of the parking spots, getting two vehicles to pass each other untouched is a feat. Let's talk about the covered area at the Pro Zone as well. Some are drive throughs, others have parking, there isn't any consistency. This one has a few parking spots under the cover, though directly in front of it supposed to a loading zone that has no traffic pattern indicated. It's a free for all, the painted lines don't really define any specific area and there isn't any staff to make sure things run smoothly in that area. Good luck in this area. The parking lot in general is a cluttered mess with pallets of products randomly placed around with no organization, there is trash and debris everywhere, almost as if it's been a decade since a cleaner came through. This is an area that truly looks like a messy construction site where no one takes pride in the work space and just throws trash around and places merchandise anywhere it can fit. The store inside isn't much better in relation to organization. The shelves are marked which helps, but to many aisles that I frequent are to often blocked with the retractable gates, even tho no one is in the aisle with any ladders, mobile stairs, or lifts. I to often have to unlatch the barricade to get to what I need for my job. Walking in, I saw 7 employees, 2 were actually helping other customers at the counter, the others were just standing around talking amongst themselves. Walking the store it's common to find 2 or 3 walking or standing just talking with the other staff, oblivious to the customers around them. I ask for assistance when I need it, tho I tend to judge a store by how attentive their staff is to customers around them. In the past 4 years that I've had to come here, I can count on one hand how many times an HD team member asked if I needed assistance finding something. As a professional I have to come here, however on my own time, I avoid this and other HD's like the plague. I prefer organization, cleanliness, and a cordial smile when passed... that's how I run my construction sites, I'd expect the same from other professional businesses.
