Absolute circus of a delivery service. I literally watched a driver start toward my door and then just turn around and leave. Trying to get a human on the phone at Lowe's is nearly impossible. When I finally did, they gave me a "driver number" that didn't even ring. The next day, they claimed it was rescheduled. I spent the entire day watching the tracker stay stuck on "preparing" while my food spoiled. Now I am on day three without a fridge. I've been passed around on the phone, hung up on, transferred to dead lines, and ignored. After calling 5+ times today, someone finally claimed it's coming. I'll believe it when I see it. Avoid Lowe's appliance delivery at all costs--they do not care about your time or your money
