Adorably friendly ladies behind the counter. Busy during lunch hour but food still comes out fairly quick. They have plenty of regulars so I asked for recommendations as it was a bit overwhelming to figure out what to order since there's different menus by the register, on the backboard and to the right of the candy counter so you really need to look all around. Chicken teriyaki 5/5: so good and lots of sauce too! Campagnolo 4/5: good but can get a little messy. Recommend viewing menu beforehand or you'll hold up the line. Open till 4pm M-F, closed Sat/Sun. Wish they were open on weekends as it's not as easy to get to during the weekdays but a great place to try atleast once. read more

Just had the chili and the fresh salad last week-both were fantastic! Then today I went over there asking for something (fried rice,) that wasn't even on the menu (totally anticipating that would be impossible). To my surprise, not only did she agree to make it, but it was better than my local fav Chinese restaurant who was working on a catering order and needed me to wait an hour for pick up. These Korean ladies are super stars.They have incredible work ethic, they are so polite and accommodating. Their prices are beyond fair and best of all, they are amazing cooks. Treat them nicely. Pay and tip in cash if you can!! I love supporting cool people, especially when their food is as good as restaurants who specialize in just those dishes. I love this place! read more

There is pretty much no other food on Harbor Island, so you are kind of forced to eat here. This is a small deli that has snacks and drinks. It also has some sandwiches and hot foods. There is a rotating daily special menu as well. The hot dishes are items like chicken teriyaki, chicken curry, paninis, yakisoba, etc. It is rather standard Asian fare. The chicken curry was okay. It is the very typical chicken curry flavor that you can get. The variety of vegetables with the curry is good. The chicken and rice soup I got was not good, at all. I have been coming here for years now and they deserved a review :) This is my go to place and yes not much location to choose from. If you work on the port or @ Tidal. I can always drive 5 mins to an I luv teriyaki or door dash, uber, and post mate. Which I do Pretty much everyday; when I feel like picking up I come here. Service is great! Food is great! Yes, it is the only deli in the Harbor Island neighborhood and I have to give it a 5-Star. Just had a veggie yakisoba (special order without chicken). So yummy. I asked for extra sauce and they provided a little side container. So yummy. And If you like noodles, you will not be disappointed. I love this place, 5 stars all the way! I eat here every other day for lunch. For the most everyday They have a huge selection, fro. sandwich, soup, salad, chicken teriyaki, wraps name it they prob got it. They have special days wed special Lasagna, Tuesday spaghetti. Etc.. The Korean lady she is such a sweet lady. always greet me and with small conversation. so far there teriyaki chicken. sauce on the side is the best, 2nd would be chicken. katsu yup! love it. read more

Their teriyaki looks good although I've never had it. On Tuesday's, the special is chicken curry; It wasn't good & prices are slightly outrageous. If you ever get the unfortunate chance to work on Harbor Island... This is the only place to buy food without driving. read more

I've worked on Harbor Island for over six years. This place is not good. Food is not high quality, or well made. Unfortunately, this is the only option for food on Harbor Island. I have gone hungry many a lunchtime rather than consume food that was prepared here. A quick peek at their restaurant inspection scores would have even the hardiest person thinking twice about eating here. read more

I have been here many times. I always find the food highly satisfactory and the family that runs the place friendly and helpful. The teriyaki is very good and the curry is a very nice portion which make up for its price. I also enjoy their pre-made salads (generous portions as well) and sandwiches. Finally, the customer service is exceptional. One time, I went to buy a milk and only had a C card. Instead of charging me a fee for the small priced item, they told me I could pay for it the next time I'm there. Overall I give this place 5 stars for their food and service. read more

Got double cheeseburger. It's terrible simple as that. Cheese is so old that it has corners that are hard. Tomatoes are so old that skin on it started wrinkle. I would take pic of it but owner keeps staring at me. Never coming back again. Sorry guys. read more

Was skeptical due to a couple bad reviews, but to my amazement the food there was great. They have a wide variety of food from panini's to building your own sandwiches to teriyaki. Plus the lady there is very sweet and kind. I will be definitely coming back. read more
