They carry t-shirts, sweatshirts, glasses, mugs, beer handles, coasters, towels, stickers, dog toys and treats, and so forth. We picked up a few coasters and a tshirt. Staff were friendly. Ambiance was warm and inviting. And, right next door is their Alaskan Brewing Co Public House where you can sit down, try a beer or two, and some food!

Tucked away amongst the trees, this place felt like it was a true representation of an Alaskan convenience store. The dudes working in there had huge beards and were burly, they looked exactly like what you'd think Alaskan mountain men would look like, which was pretty cool. They were friendly but a little intimidating! The inside of this store is old and rundown, with inventory boxes lying about and stuff crammed everywhere! Flyers about local events, fundraisers, and hunting and fishing restrictions were plastered all over the front windows. The prices, as you'd expect due to the remote location, are very high. I can't remember what I paid for a soda, but it was a lot. It was cold and didn't have an expired "use by" date, so I consider that a win. The place felt a little sketchy, and I would avoid it at nighttime or maybe if you are a female traveling alone. I didn't feel unsafe, but it made me a little uneasy shopping here based on the clientele hanging around outside. I know that sounds snobby, but I'm just trying to be honest. Duck Creek Market isn't fancy, but it's sort of a place I'd recommend if you want to soak up some truly local culture. Stopping is is an adventure in itself!

I've tried the Reuben and the turkey pesto fanatics, and tried a few of the juices. In my opinion, they're a bit strong for my taste, usually it is overpowered by celery or ginger but I drink them because it is good ingredients and fresh. Everything tastes fresh and made in house, it does take a moment to come out of the kitchen. You can eat it there, there are some tables along the side of the wall, or get it to go. Every time I've gone, there are a few people there but it's never been super packed. A very casual place to have lunch, and you can walk around the mall it's connected to afterwards.

We were assured our salmon and halibut would be frozen still when it arrived. Their employee said…read morethey always make it right if anything goes wrong. I received my order 2 weeks later than the original promised date, they were out of halibut. I thought okay I can wait. Well all of the fish filets arrived completely thawed. I contacted them immediately with pictures of the thawed fish. Guess what they dont care and said it was normal and to just refreeze them if they were cool/cold. Hundreds of dollars on fish that we have 2 days to consume and hope we dont get food poisoning. They used 2 small ice packs and a Styrofoam container to keep them frozen. I was home when it arrived, so it didnt sit in the heat. Would not recommend this place unless you live in alaska or somewhere close by it. I saw all the videos of people ordering while on thier cruise and thought it would be perfect. Very disappointed and extremely frustrated. Their emails were also very much like not our problem.
