I been doing here for like almost 3 years and today was the first time I have ever been disappointed in my service. Tina usually does my nails and does an amazing job. But today her mother did mine since she wasn't there and god mad because I wanted acrylic as the base instead of the dip. I also asked for coffin shape and they are not coffin. My nails are super thin and she also cut me multiple times. And I showed her a picture like I always do and was told that she couldn't do it. read more

This nail salon is nothing but great. I had to find a nail salon in the area, because I just moved here. The service was wonderful! They take their time and the work is superb. I got a full set with gel polish, a spa pedicure with gel polish, and an eyebrow wax by Tina. Everyone is very friendly and the prices are a tiny bit higher than where I come from, but worth the money! I will be coming back every two weeks. The 10th visit, you get $10 off. This was my favorite nail salon. When Tina isn't here to do your nails the service drops off big time. I got my nails done exactly a week ago. I go every three weeks. I've been a faithful customer. My nails started chipping the next day. Additionally, the acrylic on my nail was coming up and they just painted over it as if it was not. The shop is very clean and the people are very nice. However, the quality level is not the same among everyone there. read more

Never again, went in for a full set and a pedicure, I have more gel underneath the nail & the shape is not what I asked for. Of course when I tried to explain it to the tech, she just shrugged her shoulders. When it was time to pay, she then tell me that the credit card machine wasn't working, now is not the time to tell me that, especially when that's how I intended to pay. I came here to get my nails done after spontaneously checking for the nail salons in the area. I was seen by a young male tech, which I regretfully did not get his name, but he was amazing - I got the best gel mani of my life. He was quite, detailed, and painted perfectly right to the edge of my nail bed. The finish lasted weeks, and I could not have been happier. So I visited again later, and started off with a different male tech. As he started, I noticed that there was a paper towel already there that was clearly used on a previous client, as there were transparent cuticle clippings on the napkin (eww). I asked him to change it, and he did. After the prep was completed, a female nail tech entered the salon, with her son and an older girl, and he said that she would take over and finish. From what I can see in pictures uploaded, I think her name was Tina. She was friendly, but perhaps distracted, as her son was very active and opinionated. She clipped my skin several times while trimming my cuticles, and on the second hand, she even removed 2 entire cuticles. I was horrified! The end result looked good, but my hands hurt for a few days from the overtrimming. The finish chipped early in areas, and it wasn't as long lasting as my first gel mani. Even worse, I went from pain and burning around my culticles to a possible bone infection on 1 finger. To this day (a couple months later), the joint in my finger hurts a lot. I am afraid of what I will be told when I go to get this checked out by my doctor, and what the treatment will be. This was one of the fingers that had the entire cuticle removed, which leaves the nail susceptible to bacteria entering in and making its way down to areas that are normally protected. I hope that Tina will learn to pay more attention, and not feel the need to over-trim cuticles ever again. A great looking nail is not worth the possible complications. Now I am left with the end result. read more

Hmm. My last gel manicure here was terrible. First, the top coat on one hand didn't set correctly so when I got home I noticed that it was sticky. I went right back to the salon and a different woman redid that hand and said that sometimes the UV lights don't work properly. To make matters worse, the polish on both hands covered my cuticles and started peeling off after only 2 days. Why did I even pay for gel? I would have written it off as a bad manicurist but I see someone else wrote a review about a similar experience with a male manicurist and mine was female. I was so exited about this place but this is a concerning turn of events. read more

There are a lot of new nail salons that have opened in this area. I really like this place. The owner and staff are so friendly. The owner introduced me to SNS nails. I have fallen in love with this! It's better than gel nails. My nails are not weak, peeling, or thin with the SNS product. I highly recommend SNS nails and Harbor Nails. They give great pedicures and wonderful leg and foot massages! DO NOT COME HERE. I went today and in the middle of my nails being done, I realized the ALL OF THE other workers had their masks off. I have never felt more uncomfortable, I wanted to leave the second I could. The place was SO small and one worker who did not have a mask on was often 2 feet away from me. The lady who did my nails had her mask on and she was nice. Everyone else made me so uncomfortable. The place also did not seem very clean. I got my eyebrows done and I didn't even go in a waxing room, she gave me a dirty pillow to lean back on and she did it in my chair. At the end, I went to pay and I said I had my credit card, they said I needed to use CashApp. Keep in mind, this lady was a foot away from me without a mask on talking to me. I wanted to get out of there so quickly that I sent them money on Venmo. They said I needed to pay everything (not just tip) on an app...basically so they do not have to pay taxes. REALLY SKETCHY. I got a 10% off coupon from the website an hour before I went. I showed her and the lady said I couldn't use it. After insisting that I got it from the website, she said she would give me the discount. If I get COVID, it is 100% because of this place. Do NOT come here if you care about your health. read more

This place is a disappointment. They're inconsistent with their service and a bit slow. I've been here three separate times. First time they didn't offer a menu for pedicures to me--but they offered to the next girl. Second time I had an appointment and they ran 20min behind. I'm currently standing outside the third time and they haven't unlocked their doors yet despite their opening hour being 10am. I won't be coming back. :( read more

Go to spot. They always do a great job. Very meticulous and detail oriented. You'll never leave with patchy painted nails, and I've never had a problem with them clipping my cuticles too short. Usually not crowded and they always offer you wine or tea. I'd say it's one of the best spot in the Fed hill area. read more

This nail salon opened up close to my work, i was excited about it and decided to check it out on my lunch break with a friend. It is a new spot so i was trying to be patient and understanding through it all but it was such a debacle I don't think either of us are going back. So, we both opted for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. We started with the pedicure and they offered us wine which we took them up on. When the lady went to go get the wine while our foot bath filled up my friends bath started overflowing. We were yelling excuse me several times to the women over by the wine and they never even acknowledged us. So the woman in the front came running in to help with the water instead. Ok so that's fixed we move on. The scrubbing and foot massage was good, my toe nails looked good, my friends were a little messy but no big deal. We move to the front for our nails. My friends look good however, i don't think the woman doing mine was trained. She wasn't putting the polish on right. It was clumpy and messy. We had been in there for over an hour already so i ask her if she could just remove the nail polish and i would just pay for my toes since I didn't have time for my nails to be fixed. She agreed and started to remove it but then the lady that fixed the foot bath came and said she would fix my nails. I insisted that i really needed to get back to work but she really wanted to fix my nails so i gave in. She started to peel the remaining gel polish off but realized this would take too much time so she decided to just paint over what her coworker already did but remove the clumpy parts. I will say, she was quick and she did a nice job but at this point, 2 hrs later, i was really frustrated with my experience there. And in case you were wondering i was charged full price which was kind of the cherry on top. I hope they are able to get it together. But at this point I won't be recommending this place to anyone. read more

If I could i'll give them zero star. Last time I got full set of manicure and pedicure. man that was getting my nail done cut my finger. I gave them other chance and go back to take my nail off bc I hadn't time to get them done so I told him to take them off he take one of my nail off with skin and my other 4 finger were bleeding. the only thing they told me is that I have sensitive nail and skin. Hands down, this is my new nail place. For years, I've been going to a really mediocre salon just because it was close by. I'm so glad this spot opened up in the neighborhood. They did a great job converting an old row house, so the interior feels comfortable and cozy. The salon is very clean and the staff is super friendly. Another thing I love is that they have the matching gel version of each color right next to the regular polish on the wall. So if you tend to do regular polish on your toes but want gel on your fingers (which is pretty common), this makes that process a whole lot easier. I'm also really impressed with the quality of the nail work for the price. My only advice is that you come with enough time to be pampered. They take great care to make sure your polish is perfect, and they will actually massage your feet. I will definitely be back! read more

I was excited to try this place because it is only 3 blocks from my house. I walked in the door, picked out my polish and waited for the next available manicurist. Once I sat down, I looked at their menu and told the lady that I wanted the "spa manicure" - which, according to the menu is $15. She repeated "okay, spa manicure," so I assumed she understood. She proceeded to do all the normal manicure things, and then brought over some scrub and lotion and started massaging my hands/arms. In my head I was thinking this was a little much for a $15 manicure, but I had never been here before, so how would I know what their manicures entail? Once she finished, she asked me to pay before putting on the polish - I said OK, and she told me it would be $25. I reminded her that I had asked for the spa manicure, which was only $15. She was extremely rude and told me that the scrubs were an extra $5 each - she never asked me if I wanted these and/or told me it would be extra. On top of this, I still had to sit there while she finished painting my nails! It was such an uncomfortable experience. I will say my nails turned out fine but I will not be going back. read more
