They give you the excuse that it's a liability. It's not. Extremely disappointed! I wish they would have said something up front as I would have gone elsewhere. When I mentioned this, I was told there aren't that many people that request the PD? I was offered to speak with the regional manager when she "comes in" the next day and of course she never called. The doctor here does the exam but doesn't say anything about your eye health, although he'll answer your questions.

You start in one room for initial screening. After that you move to a second room, sit in a comfortable chair that rolls so smoothly you wonder if it's actually in touch with the ground or floating via mag lev. Finally you go to a third and final room where she finishes the exam, shares test results, and orders any lenses you need.
