They were so sweet and knowledgeable. Had the best recommendations and really made us feel comfortable. I wanted something more classic and my friend wanted something for her Halloween costume. Highly recommend! Thank you so much!

I've been getting dip powder on my nails for years from other salons. Decided to try this place because it's close to me and let me say - I've never been pissed enough to write a bad yelp review in my life. This place should be shut down. First of all - the second I sit down the owner and nail tech aggressively crowd me try to upsell me to UV gel, after I say no five times and am clearly uncomfortable two more techs come over and say "what's the reason you don't want it" "it's only $10 more". Then she only lets my old powder soak off for three seconds before scraping it off on high setting and ruining my natural nails. I go to pay and they tell me it's $65 before tax and tip which is $15-$20 more than anywhere in Stamford for powder which I'd be totally fine with if it was high quality Now, a few days later, which always looks perfect still normally, the powder is chipping and one tip cracked in half. NEVER had this happen.

Less than 24 hours for a $18 manicure and it is already chipped. Save your money and time and go anywhere else. Only positive to this place is ample parking

I absolutely love this nail salon! I have gotten my nails done in a lot of salons, but nothing stays as well as their gel manicures. It is a little on the expensive side, but I'd chose this place over a cheaper alternative for the quality I feel you get.

Still on the search for a good nail place in Stamford! I gave this place a shot after a recommendation from a friend. They did zero cuticle care, she brushed the buffing block over the back of my hand? (Ouch) and the buffing block was old and dingy. Plus the actually polish job is a bit sloppy, too much polish on my skin. I was considering giving them another chance with a different technician next time until they gave me the worst shade because I forgot to bring cash with me.

    Chipped, other nails cracked.

It's been 4 days and I'm already chipped. Three other of my nails are cracked. I got ANC off and on. They charged me $65 which is at least double of any place I have ever been to. Their staff is very friendly but I will not come back here again.

Terrible experience and do not recommend. The woman doing my nails was rude, inpatient, and made me bleed THREE times! Clearly she did not know what she was doing. Nor did they take anything off for me, which they should have because of how bad it was. Very disappointing and will not be going back.

Three days later chipped. Not ok

Disappointed. This place is a classic example of the nouveau riche. Harbor Point is the new, trendy spot in Stamford. Shops like this tack on "Harbor Point" to attract the younger crowd and attempt to get away with POOR service. Case in point: a co-worker recommended this place for some after-work relaxation. She had made an appointment for three manicures (2 regular and 1 gel.) They didn't honor or even apologize for not taking our appointments (mind you we were perfectly on time and waited for 45 minutes). Moreover, HPN&S mask their prices by stating that their products are better than others. They charged $12 for shoddy manicures (see photo--chipped in 3 days) and $35 for gel. Moreover, the owner was very rude to my co-worker after she found out that the gel cost $35 (it's not posted online or in the salon). Overall, I was very disappointed and will not be returning.

I had never even heard of it. I have had ample hair cut/colored/highlighted/balayage experiences at expensive infamous salons all over lower Fairfield County with very mixed, sometimes horrifying results. The salon industry itself is rife with bravado spewing stylists/colorists. It comes with the territory. So I am "gun shy" you could say. However, I've now been to Odyssey five times and I can say with confidence that they are a very solid professional & talented staff. It's a modest looking salon. But don't be fooled. This salon has weathered 20 years and can boast a long list of devoted clientele. I was very clear about what I wanted my hair too look like. I wasn't coerced to believe that my hair could be transformed unrealistically. Instead, Jerry the owner, transformed my hair with out damage, false promises, or boastfulness but with skill and patience and a chemist's knowledge. He is a master. I am often complimented on my balayage hair. It's been a pleasant experience each time (and not for an exorbitant rate).

I usually get highlights (and sometimes high and low lights) with Jackie and she is amazing. It always looks very natural and not streaky or obviously highlighted. I have also had a haircut from the owner Jerry, and it came out exactly as I had asked for. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the area. Don't let the setting fool you, this is the best place to get your hair done!

She really took her time and checked the processing multiple times to make sure everything was lifting and toning evenly and safely. My partial highlight, glaze, and blow dry came out beautiful, soft, blended, dimensional, and exactly what I was hoping for going into wedding week. Thank you Noemi

I've personally only gotten my hair done by Anthony (owner) or Ashley (master stylist). Both of them are extremely talented, kind, professional, and truly want to make your experience the best possible. The salon isn't huge, so it's nice and feels more intimate. It's always clean, well taken care of, and they offer you a variety of goodies like water, wine, coffee or hot cocoa when you arrive. It's situated on a busier road within Harbor Point. Parking can be sometimes tougher right outside the business, but there's still plenty of parking all around the establishment including a free parking garage. To make it even better - if you're not looking to get your hair done, you can still use any of their other services like massages, or other beautician services such as nails and waxes.
