Went there as a party of five. Took over two hours from being seated to having our entrees served. Waitress kept apologizing saying that they had a number of large groups. Yet other tables in the room we were in turned over multiple times while we waited. Not an issue with the server but problems in the kitchen. Had the 10 oz prime rib which was about 6oz of meat and 4oz of fat. Did comp us on dessert. read more

Three of us dined here last night and besides the view, nothing about this restaurant is worth the visit. The dining room decor feels more like a cafeteria than a steak house. Our first cocktail order included a Manhattan which was delivered as a whiskey and water. We were told the bartender was new. After nearly an hour, our food was brought to us. The menu claims the ribeye is a choice cut. It was select at best and absolutely tasteless. This restaurant will probably succeed with the summer crowd this season, but good luck after that. Poor quality of food, extremely slow service, lazy and unresponsive management staff. 3 hours from being seated to leaving is totally unacceptable. After an altercation involving an individual who failed to identify his position and knowing I was very upset, I believe the person I was interacting with was the manager, however he accused me of being upset because I drank too much, however I didn't have a single alcoholic beverage which infuriated me even more, but rather than try to diffuse the situation, the manager further instigated it demanding I respect him and that he wasn't going to resolve our issue until I respected him. He asked me who I thought I was, I told him I was the customer who just spent $200 in his restaurant and was told he didn't need my business. I will be the first to admit, I was very upset by multiple things that led up to the altercation however being called, short and stupid by the manager didn't help. At this place, if you have an issue with the poor quality of food and service, I guess you're stupid and short and the customer is to not question anything of concern and make certain that you know who the manager is and respect him even if he has no respect or regard for you as a customer. Done with this place, second time a very poor experience, poor quality, high priced food and an absolutely horrible staff. I like to support small local businesses, however I will celebrate the day this place closes and a good restaurant replaces it. read more

Our family had a great experience - the food and service were exceptional. There were ten of us and all items ordered from the menu were delicious. My family planned a surprise for my 80th birthday and it was the first time my children and spouses were together in over a year. The wait staff was great especially our waiter Cody. Don't waste your time...and they will take a lot of it! Waited over 2 hours to be served and when we asked why it took so long, they said it was because of the burgers we ordered! Seriously?!? Burgers?! When we asked to speak with a manager, she gave us every excuse she could and, and even went as far as saying that we ordered things that we never ordered, and blaming us for some of the wait time!! She said it is normal to wait this long for an order. We could physically see the owner chatting up everybody at the bar, but he refused to come speak with us. What a sorry excuse for a restaurant! This was our 5th experience at this resturant all bills over 100 dollars but this experience was waiting for food for over 1.5 hours spoke with manager and she argued with us about what and when we ordered. once food finally arrived it was incorrect. We came the first day only to find out that they were not serving food until four CST . We drove over an hour to try it out. We parked didn't know where to go in at . Didn't see a handicap door. Sat in our car waiting for the owners to say something. When a guy came out we asked if we could order . He had gone in to get a sandwich and said they weren't serving food until four. Another person from out of state asked also. What a disappointment. I even tried to call with no answer. Tried to go online to look at a menu only to find out there was none that came up. A week later I looked online to see a menu and none. We ended up down the road at a bar Z and the food was great. This place needs to get it together if it is going to make it. read more

This is a great addition to the area. Like anything new, they have a few kinks to work out but the owner's mission to offer high-end menu items at a good value in a humble setting is spot on. I had the scallops which were awesome and a great value. I believe it included 6 large scallops for $16. My wife got the sea bass which was cooked perfectly. The sauce that came with the cheese curds was very tasty. We didn't sit at the bar but the view was really cool. I'd like to head over there during the day with the boys sometime and have about 4 martinis. read more

Had a reservation for our family of 15 after our grandma's funeral service all planned out with crystal, until we got their an they told us they couldn't do our reservation. We ever called the night before to confirm an everything was ok but the next day they cancelled it when we got their....she could have at least called earlier that day so we could have made plans somewhere else!!! As a first time customer I was very disappointed. The salad was not fresh which I told the waitress. The bread was staled. The burger was lukewarm. The chicken was cold. I told the waitress the chicken was cold. She took it back and warmed it up again which gave it an unpleasant smell. My guess it was microwaved. The double baked potato with melted cheese looked nasty. I couldn't even put my fork through it. The rice was hard and no flavor. When I told the waitress I am not going to eat it. She asked if I would like something else? I said, No! Then the manager came over and wanted to know what was wrong. I told her it did not taste good at all. When we got the bill they charged us for crab cakes which we were told they were sold out and they charged a $1.00 for the rice which should have been included in our orders. They are over priced and we were charged full price on the food we complained and didn't eat. If you want a successful business changes need to be made and that comes from management and the chef! read more

Not impressed for the price, looking forward to this all week after seeing them on wsbt 22. I tried just about everything and was very unimpressed by all of it. The apps were not as described and simple pretty boring the so called angry shrimp was just battered fried shrimp served with yum yum sauce. The Pig wings were just fried pieces of rib bones and came with no sauce. The Buffalo Curds tasted like cheese sticks cut up and fried with the worst sauce I have ever ate. The salad was good but how can you screw this up? Well then came the entrees... the steaks were sub par they had no flavor and were all cooked wrong. I ordered med rare and got rare the other ordered well done was med rare, the presentation was not good when you order a 30 plus dollar steak. My wife ordered the tomahawk steak and sweet potato fries she had to add salt like we all did. In conclusion I would never pay 300 dollars for this sub par meal. Try buying some lawreys season salt. read more
