The suspension sag on my LC200 needed to be addressed so I fixed that and adding…read morea lift at the same time. 2" bilstein lift was fine at first but over time I noticed a clanking sound and it was a warranty issue. Contacted them at Venture to take a look and that dragged on for a month or so between them and me and bilstein. I was the one having to follow up. Not them giving me updates or whatever. Once the car got in and the issue was diagnosed I was given a day and half to get it fixed. Took more than a week and I follow-up constantly. They made no offer at all for all the wasted time I spent on this stupid thing. . They made it seem that having to buy the parts to fix the issue should make it square. But I can tell you I was calling, texting, and filling out their online form to get a response. Overall, not a good experience and would go another shop to get stuff done without a bunch of excuses.

We could not be more pleased with the end result, all looks great ready for summer. There was a nasty oily spot where a wax candle had melted and I was prepared for it not to be able to be cleaned as it was there since last summer.
