I'm a big fan of French cuisine and will take any chance I get to enjoy it. This time I ordered the chicken salad sandwich with chips and shared a mushroom tartine. Everything was fresh and delicious. The place has a cool, laid back but slightly upscale vibe, with good service and a lively atmosphere. It's definitely the kind of spot where people like to dress up a bit and be seen while enjoying coffee, pastries, or a relaxed meal. They also have outdoor seating, which is perfect on a nice day. If you're there around lunch, the French onion soup is very good and worth ordering. They validate parking as well, which makes visiting even easier. .

It's a beautiful, airy space with plenty of seating, perfect for a relaxed weekday brunch. The quiche rotates seasonally with fresh, in-season ingredients, which I appreciated. However, my lavender latte wasn't great, and it was my first coffee of the day. While I liked that the syrup was house-made, it didn't quite justify the price, especially when I can't count on a solid caffeine fix because it had such a bitter and sour taste to it. The latte art was worth the photo but not the price. Overall, I'd give it a 3 out of 5 just for the delicious quiche. Also loved their market area for fresh homemade picnic-style items & bevs. It's a lovely spot for journaling or catching up with a friend, but not somewhere I'd splurge on regularly.

I ordered a pot of their Gayo Ginger tea and it was delicious and just what I needed and wanted. It had a nice little bite to it. My favorite savory bite was the Lemper Ayam, made with sticky rice and shredded chicken which was so yummy. My favorite sweet bite was the Dadar Gulung. It definitely was something I've never had anything close to before and I really enjoyed it. That grated coconut in there gave the treat so much heartiness and flavor inside that rolled pandan pancake. Our seating area was in the general area, but still great and because the place is pretty small anyway there's not a ton of people inside which makes it very intimate and personable. I especially want to thank the restaurant for the menus with our names on them. That was really a wonderful gesture. Such a lovely experience. I definitely would recommend for all tea lovers out there. It really would be a cute date idea too for a tea loving couple. And the strip mall that it's in has plenty of parking. Now at the time that we went it was a little bit limited because I think a lot of people happen to be over that way eating Sunday brunch or dinner so it was a little bit packed, but I was able to find something immediately.

The gal behind the counter was warm and welcoming. The interior was charming with its decor and aesthetics. When we ventured in around lunch time on this one Saturday, there was a group of folks doing the tea tasting. I think this option is such a cute and unique experience. The hubs and I shared the es campur. This was chosen by picking the first item on the item as he said its customarily the most popular. And I'm glad we did that because it was refreshing and delicious. This reminded me of the Vietnamese dish che with all the colors and jellies. The dish encompassed bits of avocado, jackfruit, coconut, grass jelly, condensed milk all brewing in the rose syrup. It was sort of in a shaved ice format that made it really refreshing on a hot summer day.
