Got the turkey meal. It was not good. Brussels sprouts hard and chewy. No rolls, no mashed potatoes (there was mashed sweet potatoes. Turkey was like something you'd expect at Dennys. Pie was grainy and not included in the 30.00 meal. Major disappointment. Stick to their regular menu. read more

This hard rock is so different compared to the rest. It is in a historic house on duVAl street. It's stunning. The drinks here were great and I enjoyed people watching at their bar. I do wish they didn't allow smoking for people with sensitive eyes or health reasons. read more

Definitely a 10/10 experience!!! Me and my honey were in town on vacation so I made reservations which is recommended or you'll have to wait . And I told them to write on a card for my significant other for a special occasion and they did not disappoint! The manager came out with sparkling wine to pop the bottle for us and gave us the card in cute hand writing ! We st outside to enjoy the fresh air and nice ambience of key west and it did not disappoint. Loved looking around at all of the historic Museums next to the restaurant as we ate and there was cute chickens even walking around the sidewalks haha definitely would come back again some day it was a really lovely enjoyable experience I'll never forget ! Somehow when on vacations I always end up at a Hard Rock. Some are better that others (NYC and Cozumel). This one would not be on my list of the better ones. We had some $18 burgers that were decent, a shrimp appetizer that may as well come from the frozen aisle at the grocery store, a crappy $8 hot dog for the grandson that he wouldn't eat. They screwed up everyone's mixed drink order (missing dark rum float, wrong size) completely missed bringing another order out and then charged twice for one of the drinks. The checks were fixed but the damage was done. Only really good thing was the deserts, cheesecake and brownie, both delicious. Do yourself a favor, skip dinner and just eat the desert. read more

My husband and I are in key west for our honeymoon, we've had a pretty good time so far. This restaurant was recommended to us but did not at all live up to expectations. We were greeted at the entrance and were sat at a table outside rather quickly. The server came and took our drink order and took a little while to get our food order but we got our food pretty quickly. I had finished my drink and was in need of a refill but our server was no where to be found. We waited for about half an hour before we even saw him again. There was even a group who came and sat down but ended up leaving before even ordering because the server never came. Halfway into our meal, the hostess answered a personal phone call and was screaming at whoever was calling in Spanish. There are two options when ordering drinks where you can pay a little bit extra to keep your cup as a souvenir but that wasn't the one we were planning on getting. He charged us the extra anyway even after we had told him we did not want to keep the cup. So we ended up keeping it anyway since we were charged for it. I like the Hard Rock Cafe for all the music memorabilia they have hanging on their walls. Their food is just OK and I'll only eat there if there are no other options around. But my main reason for going to a Hard Rock Cafe is to pick up a guitar magnet to add to my collection. I've been collecting these for almost 30 years. Handled a party of 12 with 2 tables pretty smoothly. I went with the Mushroom Swiss Burger and it was a decent meal. The Lagunitas IPA on tap was a good pairing. One small error of no flatware with napkins that we requested after the food was placed on the table. Peanut safe for our son. read more

My first Hard Rock Cafe experience! Although I past by the New York Time Square location like 1000 times, the crowd always scares me away from it. I'm glad the visit to Hard Rock Cafe didn't disappoint. There are plenty of seats in the garden and indoor. We ordered New York Strip Steak (potato smash and steamed string beans) and Caesar Salad added grilled shrimp for share. Like most places, the salad has a bit too much of dressing versus my preference (remember ask for lighter dressing if you also prefer that!). The conouts(?) in Caesar salad are crunchy and cheesy. The grilled shrimps are really good--fresh, sweet, and tender with a nice smoky hint. The steak is okay, it's juicy and tender. I would come back to get more seafood focused dishes because I really enjoyed the grilled shrimps! Fair price and huge portion are pluses. read more

Great burgers! We ordered the burgers for delivery and the burgers were still as good as if we were at the Hard Rock.

This is my first time at this Hard Rock location. We were able to make reservations prior so it was no wait. The service was fast and the food came out even faster. I ordered the full rack of Ribs (comes with seasoned fries, cole slaw and baked beans). The ribs were cooked to perfection! Nice and crispy on the outside and juicy and thick on the inside. The baked beans could've been better but my friend enjoyed his and mines lol. Definitely will be returning next time I'm here. read more

This being a chain we knew what to expect as they are all typical, but this had a Key West feel so wonderful. We originally sat outside but it was so freaking hot that we couldn't stand it for long so we moved indoors. Our server was pretty attentive, understanding when we moved, and knowledgeable about the menu. Since we had never had Cauliflower Wings we decided to try those and wow were they good. Better than we expected. My carnivore friend even liked them. I had the Quinoa & Black Bean Burger which was pretty good. Not the best but I would have it again. Great food. We ate here 8/07 around 7:30pm and was not to busy. Live music in the bar which was also very good. We sat inside to be cooler with A/C and was perfect. Our son and his friend have never been in a Hard Rock Cafe so they really loved looking at all the music memorabilia. The food and service were great. I was very disappointed with the guy who seated us, he sat us down and said he would be right back with the menus. We waited and nothing, I got up and looked around to find out he wasn't around. Then finally we see him and he's talking to the guy that works behind the bar. I finally said let's go and we got up to leave. As we were going down the steps I let him know that we're leaving because we weren't getting any service, at the same time my friend slipped at the bottom of the steps and he didn't make any effort to help her up, I made the comment are you going to just stand there. I helped her up. As I left I saw him smile and I went back to say that it wasn't funny that someone fell and that we didn't get any service. Dinner on a Sunday night, walk-in. Seated right away. I know you are like why would you go to Hard Rock with all the seafood abounding around you? My reply is that I was traveling with a seafood hater and needed a resto with food he could eat. Anyway, I had a guacamole burger and fries which was quite delicious. He had the mac and cheese with chicken which was also delicious. Mind you, I normally hate mac and cheese from places like this (CPK, Lucilles, etc.) because it's not baked--it's not that real southern style mac that you cut with a knife from the pan. But, it had that good flavor minus the traditional look. Prices were fairly low compared to most other restaurants in Key West. The review is for the shop. I agree with Lanie, if you have eaten at one you have eaten at all and we surely weren't in the mood for Hard Rock food. Its good, we just wanted something more..... Key West. I did however, need to get a Key West guitar pin. We looked around and the super nice attendant not only helped us out but went way out of her way to do so. I am specifically writing this review for the outside bar. I was walking aimlessly around downtown Key West on 07MAR19, and this location looked like a cool place to sit in the shade. Not only did the bar area look inviting, but the bartender (I feel terrible that I cannot recall her name, but she had beautiful brown hair and cool looking dark-framed glasses) seemed to be a person who was worthwhile to chat with for a spell. I was right!! She was very kind and friendly and I felt her positive energy the entire time I sat there, first drinking some water and then a glass of wine. I noticed, too that she was very attentive to the patrons at the tables surrounding the bar area. She definitely cares about her customers as well as has pride in her job! In this very crazy tourist area, I was happy to see a familiar face: Hard Rock cafe. I peeked my head in to look into their store for my mother's never ending collection of Hard Rock cafe tshirt (which is my duty to ensure its expansion.) - Anyhow, it is a TINY TINY store? what?? probably one of the smallest stores I have visited in an HRC. Anyway, it is also outside, and it is more of a "stall" than an actual store. Anyway, the people were so super friendly anyway. I was actually able to use their restroom since I didnt know where else to go (tmi, i know, but hey, it may help you!) This store is located in the middle of all madness that is Key West so prepare to battle it out with parking! lol read more
