I…read morewas thinking about getting some performance work done to my Harley, but wasn't sure if I wanted to put the money into this particular bike, before I had a chance to make a decision my Indian left me stranded on the side of the road. I called these guys, they hooked me up with a tow company and I had the bike brought to them. It was something ridiculously minor and although they are very busy, they had the bike ready to pick up the next day and only charged me a minimal fee!! I guarantee the local Indian dealership not only would have taken forever I'm certain they would have screwed my on the bill. Thank you Fornarelli, I not only have a new shop I would gladly take either of my bikes to, but I can comfortably recommend them to other people, in fact I took a couple extra cards so I could pass them on to other bikers.

It leaked oil after I got it back. I had to wait for the following season to bring it in. They didn't charge me to stop the oil leak. Got it back and it kept leaking. Took it back a third time, they replaced the clutch kit cover and that fixed the leak. Didn't charge me this last time either, for parts or labor. Highly recommend this shop!

I am very pleased with the service received, I had jeremy upgrade my 2021 Street Glide Special to the equivalent of HD's stage 4 but with better parts and a much better price! Work was completed in two days, I was expecting a couple weeks. Way better than the 14 weeks my local Harley dealer gave me as they can't get parts. For what it's worth, I highly recommend Pure Powersports and Jeremy. I'll be regular customer with my toys.

I want to tell everybody my bike has been made whole by J&BCycles in Burlington Wisconsin. Let me just tell you the experience between Pure Powersports & J&B Cycles is no comparison in terms of quality, communication, quality assessment and fair and equitable pricing. But mostly solid peace of mind. J&B went over my bike after I got it back from Jeremey at Pure Powersports and his teams response was Jeremey did nothing but add an air cleaner and remove catalytic converter for 7300.00. I did file a fraud report with my bank and recovered the money. I then took it to Jake at J&B cycles and all I can tell you I completely trust his work and his work ethic. My advice to anyone considering going to PurePowersports is DON'T GO at some point you will regret it. If you want to see my bike or review its before and after performance please reach out to me. I would be more than happy to show you anything you want to see and answer your questions. I am a totally more informed buyer and reviewer of motorcycle service shops.
