Great Chinese buffet! They have a variety of seafood cuisines. The dishes are not too oily, well seasoned. I like crab legs the most. They also have fresh clams and oysters. I would have given 4 stars if not for the price. read more

A couple of months ago my family and I went to this place and when we went to park, we saw two people with cages hunting these two cats behind the restaurant. Tell me that this isn't stereotypical, and wrong. Some of the food was good but my mom got very sick after we left and so did my dad a little. That scene wasn't the right place to be taken at. I wouldn't want to ever come back to that place with my family ever again. Especially with those cats and the two people. I'm sure the owners and workers knew about it but they didn't do anything about it. Definitely a way to lose customers. I would give less star rating if I could. read more

Food is so fresh and tasty every time we have been there in the past 13 years!!! For a buffet, this place is really something. Service is always with a smile, and prices are reasonable. I come every year when I visit my folks in Rockland. Pretty good fair. I don't think it's the largest Chinese Buffet in the country any more because a new one opened in my home town Austin, TX. and it's much larger (as is everything in TX). The food is pretty good at the Hard Wok with a great variety, my favorite is the shrimp dumplings and the sushi. The fruit today did not look as fresh as I've seen it in the past but certainly acceptable. It's clean and it didn't look like they were running out of anything. Sundays have more fresh seafood offered at a higher price (fresh clams, crab legs, etc.). read more

This is probably one of the most disgusting places I have eaten at. If I could give this restaurant a negative number, I would and for this reason. Years ago, I found a cockroach in my soda. But I decided to give it another chance. As I was almost done getting my food, a worker was walking back to the kitchen with an empty food tray. He hacked up a luugy and spit it out on the floor near the food. I stood there frozen for a second by what I had just witnessed. I can't comprehend how this place is still in business. Every time I drive by on 304 I ask myself that same question. This is just awful. The three times I've been here throughout my many years of living in Rockland were equally terrible. The atmosphere was awful, the service was rude, the food was disgusting. BEWARE, fellow crab leg lovers! My husband and I have been coming to this buffet for more than ten years. Yesterday, we decided to go for the $16.49 Sunday buffet. As we started to walk to a table, I noticed the crab legs were not out. I returned to the hostess to inquire and she said "No more crab legs". As I walked back to where my husband was standing, i was followed by a man (owner?) who said he "lost his supplier for the crab". Well, without the crab legs there is no value for your dollar here. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This place is disgusting. I went with my family we were a part of 10. Everything was dirty from the plates to the cups to the table to the carpet. The service was horrible they didn't refill or clear the plates from the table. The buffet was empty they weren't bringing fresh food out. I waited for them to bring crab legs out and they were cold and dry when they finally did bring new legs out. I would never come back here everrr. I'm at this place atleast 3 times a month. They've got the best tuna sushi I've found. The place is clean, large and a great place to take your family. The lunch menu is limited, but they do have a lot to chose from for dinner. I just don't understand how they stopped bringing mussels. one of the most pleasant place to lunch at. Starting with the soup and crunchy noodles, and then onto the salads and sushi. After a 5 minute rest the chicken, beef, pork and fish dishes are so delicious you want to taste it all. Finish it off with desserts of cookies, fruit and soft ice cream. TERRIBLE PLACE I absolutely agree with Anaya review. I don't understand why this place is still survive. The place is dirty and the quality of the foods is awful. If you come to this place early when it just opens, they will serve you left over foods that they reheated. The taste is terrible and the mixed vegetable is mushy, is not fresh and can caused stomachache and even acute diarrhea . The price is not cheap at all with the poor quality of the foods and the bad service. The servers only come to your table once in a while when there are already plenty of dirty plates. The never do refill without you asking for it, even though they see your glass is empty. The people at the register are not friendly, rude and disrespectful. They act liked they were doing your favor. They never greeted you and they let you go to your table by your own, they never escorted you. I have been in many buffet restaurants and this i the worst buffet I have ever visited. Finally I stopped coming to this restaurant. I absolutely don't recommend this place to anybody. Unfortunately I had to give it one star. The restaurant deserved 0 stars. We use to go to this restaurant all the time. But now it is a pitiful shame how bad it is. The food is cold and disgusting. The trays are 3/4 empty and just plain disgusting. They advertise crab legs. Where? You had to ask and they bring out a few water logged crab legs. The Health Department should investigate the temperature of the food. Not one employee had a thermometer checking the temperature. The only items hot were the fruit and salad dressing. We started with soup, but there were 3 sorry looking wontons in the tray floating in some kind of liquid. The egg drop soup was almost empty and warm at best. We drive to Ramsey when we want Chinese Buffet, but since it was Christmas Eve and 7:00 we decided to hang near our neighborhood. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! This place has hit rock bottom.
