This is by far my favorite fast food location ever. These people are so nice and the morning manager is very efficient at keeping things running smooth. My normal visits are early morning and the female workers greet me with friendliness and it's always thanks hon or thanks so much. Many of these employees are young and they are very respectful to this 69 yr old man. I'm not sure where all the negative comments are coming from but to me this place is best when wanting fast food. Just drove through the drive thru. Ordered an egg, sausage, cheese biscuit and coffee. I drove off and started to eat my biscuit! It was an egg, BACON, cheese biscuit. I guess that I should be happy that they got 2 out of three right! Then I tried the coffee.. Luke warm! I'm a coffee drinker, it needs to be hot! Very disappointed. I don't know why I keep trying to come here (yes I do it's the only Hardee's for miles), every time I get regular instead of curly fries and my hot ham and cheese is room temp at best, the cheese is never even melted and the bun is stale and dry. Asked to pull forward in the drive through just for the employee to come out second later with the food shows me they're unorganized and only worried about shaving seconds off their statistic numbers rather than customer satisfaction. Honestly go to McDonald's or Sonic, at least they'll pretend to care about your food and it'll be cheaper to boot. read more

Entering the lobby there was one other couple waiting to order. After waiting to give our order we sat down to wait for our food. Several more customers came in and order. Four of them received their food so we asked what was taking our order so long and their excuse was we are busy. I requested for the girl to just refund my Money and we would go somewhere else we we tired of waiting. Not saying anything to us she turned and walked away. She said something to one of the other employees and he turned and went away only to return with a post it note and said we don't do refunds you need to call this number. You don't receive any receipt until you get your order so I could already see that was not going to turn out well. I repeated to him I just wanted my money returned and we would leave. He said refunds are not their policy. I told him I would like to talk to the manager he informed me that was him. (Name tag said assistant manager). I said I would like to talk to his boss so he preceded to start doing my refund on the register. Instantly showing his attitude and violently swiping his card thro the machine. After completing the refund he tells me it will be 2 day before I see the return and walks away. I stopped him and ask for a receipt. He grabs a paper out of a machine behind him and forces it at me saying just take this. Then proceeds to tell me to get out and not to ever come back. A couple other employees then came over telling me they were too busy. Not one of them apologized for forgetting our order or for the bad attitude of the assistant manager. What happened to customer service these days. Hiring people and not giving them proper training and giving them positions they are unable to handle seams to becoming the normal process. Needless to say we now know why this place never has the crowd some of the other food places have. We will not be returning here anytime soon. read more

food was cold, and they need to check there attitude at the door I'm the customer not the enemy, if you don't carry an item the the app lets you order and you get there and are ask to substitute and you do they state oh I can't do that, then why ask if there was another hardees closer I believe a lot of people would go there but we have no choice, so my suggestion would be to correct that situation or I believe you will have less business and as for me I usually try to go at least two times a week there if not more I think I'm done now they need to get their service in order read more

This is the 4th time I have been to this location and I swear every time that it will be my last. Once again I've been waiting for 17 minutes now and still no breakfast. The service at this location is non existent and the manager appears clueless. The self serve coffee was empty and there were 3 customers waiting for them to refill the dispenser. I finally walked behind their counter and got my own coffee. Did I mention that I won't ever be back. It's been the same story on each visit here. Arrived at 10:55 when they closed at 11. I just needed a drink and didn't want to be that person that orders food right before they closed. They refused to take my order and said that they were closed. Horrible customer service. read more

Had to wait at the drive through for 3 minutes to even get a hello. Ordered a hot ham and cheese meal with a vanilla shake. Went to pay the card reader was down, I paid cash that whole process took 5 minutes. Then the worker handed me my vanilla shake that had chocolate syrup all through it and had melted to a soup basically. Continued to wait another two minutes for my food to come out. Ten minutes of waiting for no one being in front of me at all and poor service. read more

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place to eat. Service is horrific, if you have an hour to wait for food then this is the place to go. AND there are no lights around the exit so we almost went in the ditch countless times. Their ketchup tasted horrible because that's all I got to try I didn't even get my food. This is a one star because I can't do any less. Because of circumstances we decided to go to this Hardee's. Worst decision on the day! They took our order and half an hour later we still hadn't received our food. I went to the front to ask about it and had to get someone's attention. When I asked about our order they went to check and a few minutes later told me that they had lost our order. I told them we wanted our money back and would go elsewhere. They refunded, some of my money but I didn't realize it until after we had left. Bottom line-I wouldn't go there if it was the only restaurant in Branson. read more

Went there Tuesday 4/7/20 ordered roast beef sandwich asked for bbq sauce and horseradish. Written on ticket. Got nothing, had to get back in line. Also ordered two for $5 fish sandwich no tartar sauce. I guess the kids working just don't care. Beside that the food was ok. read more

I usually get a burger; but this time I tried something different- Grilled Chicken Club. All I can say is WOW it was delicious! Dining room is closed due to covid. 6 cars ahead of me but we got our food in less than 5 minutes after ordering even with having to park at the side to wait on the chicken. read more

I ate at this location yesterday with my wife. Ordered chicken strips with Honey Mustard, curly fries and soda. Got the strips, regular fries and BBQ sauce. Came by again today through the drive in as I was in a hurry. Ordered Frisco Burger, curly fries and soda. Got regular fries again instead of curly fries. The burger was ice cold, the cheese was thrown on and not melted and it was just a terrible sandwich. Hopefully the higher ups at Hardee's will see this and do something. When the food finally arrived, it was good (although for some reason I had two sesame seed tops for buns). But the 23 minute wait in the dining area was ridiculous! One of the drink machines was not working, and workers were outside on smoke breaks. Drive-thru seemed to be running just fine, but the we're ignoring people inside waiting for food!! Worst Hardees I have ever been to! Stay away at all cost. Waited 15 minutes at the drive up window to receive cold food and a smart mouth remark from the cashier Annie. Called the next day to speak to the manager and the person who answered the phone wasn't even smart enough to put me on hold while the employees laughed and giggled about whom was going to pretend to be the manager and take my call. I even heard one young man say give me the phone I will talk to the Mother F*%!#$. Unbelievable! I hung up and googled corporate phone number and filed a complaint. Waited 15 to 20 mins for cold food. Fries and burger!!!! Manager said the burger was fresh up (as he said) but refused to look at unmelted cheese or touch it knowing i was not going to eat it! I keep saying I won't go back to this location but somehow get caught in doing it. There just seems to always be some problem with the food, mainly way overcooked. Every time I've gotten a burger there the meat is exceedingly dry and hardly any sauces on it. Today ordered the chicken tenders. They tasted like they were left over from yesterday and refried. Terribly dry, burned tasting, kind of hard and I must say rather on the small side. I've patronized the Hardee's in Springfield many times, burgers and chicken tenders and never had a complaint. Food was always juicy and tasty. These chicken tenders today looked more like chicken nuggets for size, and were way overcooked. They must have their deep fryers turned up a notch too high and the grill too hot because everything seems to come out dryer than it should. I hate a burger that absolutely has no moisture to it. Especially from a place that touts their "thick burger". One would think a thick burger would be juicier than a "regular" burger. Not a fan of this location but in all honesty it just seems to have fallen under the curse of fast food in Branson West. All of the fast food places in Branson West seem to not know how to prepare their products. Go up the road a few miles to Nixa and Springfield and it's a world of difference. Burgers hot and juicy. I truly despise getting fast food in Branson West and try to avoid it. I will give the staff 5 stars for efficiency and friendliness, but unfortunately you can't eat that. read more
