I don't go to fast food restaurants very often because I never trust the people handling the food. I have been to this restaurant a few times, and there were some things that weren't so good about it. 1. I ordered ham and cheese sandwiches, and they were both cold. I called them and spoke with the manager. She told me that the next time I went over there, she would make sure that the order was right and I wouldn't be charged. I did get the sandwiches a couple days later, and they were right. The manager said she made them herself. They were good. 2. I have been there and ordered, and then get to the window and the order was completely wrong. She didn't hear anything I said and I had to correct her on the order. I always know to look in my bag to see that everything is right, and like always, it was still missing one of the burgers. I drove back around to get it. 3. I went to the drive-thru one time, and when I got up to the window to pay and get my order, one of the employees was wearing very tight leggings, and didn't look like she presented the restaurant well. She was also talking loudly about someone and how she wanted to go whoop up on them. I don't feel like that drama should be going on when there are people in the restaurant. 4. I have gone in to eat one time, and I really don't think I'll go back in. The tables and floor were dirty and it just didn't represent the restaurant very well. Unless you get one of the specials, the food is very high for what you get. If I'm really hungry I will go back, but I personally don't recommend this restaurant for good service. read more

the hardees on roanoke street in christiansburg va. is absolutely the worst i decided to give a review bc they are always missing a item and the manager always says he was the one to oversee whatever issue you have and he says it didnt happen. the first time i ordered a double biscuit gravy and they litterely had the gravy poured already over biscuits in container and the biscuits were literely only the bottoms, yes!!! only bottoms. im assuming thats why they put the gravy over it instead of me doing it myself as they normally have it. This place use to be so much better and now they dont care!!! read more

Slow. We came in for a Saturday morning and there were warning signs. Cars clogging the parking lot going to the drive through. Plenty of spots for parking though. I get inside and my heart sinks: a troop of boy scouts. I lost 40 minutes during a road trip. The breakfast is as good as ever, and at 3.50 you get enough calories for half your entire day. I tried the porkapolypse, it was alright. I don't know why the burrito has more calories than the biscuit. I had hoped it meant more filling. The sad part of that experience was the bacon was very dry and dark red brown. Usually Hardee's does a good job on their bacon. I also had to sit and stare at my burrito as it waited to be united with me. The woman working kept skipping the slot with my burrito. It wasn't as hot as you expect Hardee's food to be, but a few minutes of neglect can do that. read more

Maybe I'm spoiled by the Hardee's everywhere else I've been, but this one just doesn't measure up. Why? Well, their Bacon, Egg, and Cheese biscuits are $2.50, when the ones at home are $1.50, when they aren't on sale, which is just about all the time. On top of that, it's more of a Egg and Cheese biscuit than anything, because they give you 2 scrawny pieces of bacon. Since that didn't workout the other day, we decided to get the 2 sausage biscuits for $2. How can they screw that up? Well, to be exact, they were sooooo tiny, it was ridiculous. Easily half the size of sausage biscuits at any other Hardee's. On top of all that, there is always a long wait to get food here. Not sure why, because there's another Hardee's like 5 minutes down the road. While all that badness was going on, I will give them that the taste of the food is still good. read more

So i just stopped in and went through the drive thru. I ordered two bacon chicken and swiss biscuits and two cinnamon raisen biscuits. Get home and discover that hell my swiss is not on either biscuit. Now I've worked fast food and honeslty it can be demanding, however to me that would be like making a hot n ready pepperoni pizza and then saying hey i forgot the pepperoni. Wth hardees you suck. Now to make matters worse i call and miraculously speak to the gm. The gm makes an excuse and says we are all human and make mistakes yes we are and at my job we are held accountable and don't make bs excuses. read more

I spend most of my time on the road in my line of work, I need to grab something satisfying and fast that will last me upwards of 12 hours until I stop again. Hardee's in Christianburg was one most the most regrettable stops I have made in my travels, and this is from someone whose only choice is truck stop food 3/4 of the time. I'd never been to Hardee's before and decided to give it a shot over other fast food places on the vicinity. Hardee's tries to distinguish itself with the claim of charbroiled burgers, but its spongy patties are clearly flavored with the same liquid smoke burger king uses on its own foul meat imposter. For 5 bucks they sold me a bag with 2 double burgers, fries, drink, and an apple pie. The burgers were slathered with yellow mustard which ganged up the smoke flavoring to assault my mouth. There was no cutting this flavor with fries, as the limp box of what I assume was supposed to be shoe string fries was completely devoid of flavor, warmth, and rigidity. The item that tied together this package was the lemonade which tasted of detergent and that taste you get in your mouth when the smell of stale urine fills a room and you breathe it in. Alternating between that and the rest of the meal made the clashing horror in my mouth come at me like the first regrettable bite, every bite. I had 8 hours before my next stop and made myself finish as I just wanted to get to power smoke two cigarettes and buzz myself to sleep in the hopes of waking up without the taste of Hardee'in my mouth.
