They literally come up to your car, take your order, and bring your food back. I loved the old school feel. It took no time for my food to arrive-about 7 minutes. I got a burger, onion rings, and a hotdog all the way. The onion rings were fresh, hot, and had the perfect amount of salt. The burger was well seasoned, had that crisp, grilled taste. The hotdog was good as well-chili was perfect. It was such a nostalgic feel and definitely a must visit for the experience.

Hardee's is a fast food establishment with a parking lot, a drive through lane, and an inside dining area. Customer service is excellent and orders are usually filled promptly and efficiently. The dining area is always kept clean and tidy. The quality of food is very high and is reasonably priced. Hardee's mainly serves fast food, American style. I ordered ham and cheese sandwiches, and they were both cold. I called them and spoke with the manager. She told me that the next time I went over there, she would make sure that the order was right and I wouldn't be charged. I did get the sandwiches a couple days later, and they were right. The manager said she made them herself. They were good. 2. I have been there and ordered, and then get to the window and the order was completely wrong. She didn't hear anything I said and I had to correct her on the order. I always know to look in my bag to see that everything is right, and like always, it was still missing one of the burgers. I drove back around to get it. 3. I went to the drive-thru one time, and when I got up to the window to pay and get my order, one of the employees was wearing very tight leggings, and didn't look like she presented the restaurant well. She was also talking loudly about someone and how she wanted to go whoop up on them. I don't feel like that drama should be going on when there are people in the restaurant. 4. I have gone in to eat one time, and I really don't think I'll go back in. The tables and floor were dirty and it just didn't represent the restaurant very well.
