I was absolutely famished, so I strategically took my burger apart and ate it in stages; it was simply too large to eat normally! The onion rings were excellent, offering a great crunch and fantastic flavor. My wife couldn't even finish her meal because the portion was so generous. The restaurant was clean, the tables were spotless, and the atmosphere was quiet enough for us to plan our next few days without distraction.

To be honest with you, it was their exterior fresh modern design, that attracted me to the store in the first place. But once inside the restaurant, it was their extraordinary customer service and quality food that won me over. A young man with a beard greeted me at the counter with a friendly smile and gave me a warm welcome. He answered all the questions that I had about the items on the menu and went ahead and took my order. I ordered the Super Sampler Platter which consisted of 3 Shrimp, Chicken, Fish, Popcorn Shrimp, and 2 Hushpuppies, with the two sides being Waffle Fries and Corn. In addition to this I also ordered a side of their famous Lobster Bites and for dessert a slice of their Triple Chocolate Cheesecake. All this came with a Softdrink and at a very reasonable prize. I paid using my credit card, was given the receipt and a paper cup for my drink, and asked to have a seat, that they would bring me my food order when ready. The interior design had a clean, welcoming, bright look, with the light coming in from the large windows resembling the high seas. It had a comfortable ambiance where to enjoy a quality meal alone or with family and friends. In no time at all, the person who had taken my order was back with it on a tray. It was all fresh, hot, and crispy, and not at all greasy. The batter was amazingly delicious and served to highlight the moist and juicy items inside such as the fish, shrimp, and chicken. The side corn was sweet and the waffle fries crunchy on the outside and soft and hot in the inside. The lobster bites were amazing, so were the popcorn shrimp. I enjoyed eating everything with ketchup and tartar sauce, accompanied with my Iced Dr Pepper softdrink. As I was eating, I could see the satisfaction in other customers' faces as they also enjoyed their meal in this welcoming new environment. The Triple Chocolate Cheesecake was amazingly delicious and the Grand Finale of the meal. After finishing, I could think of no other way to thank the employees of the place than to go up to the bell hanging from the wall and give it a ring. On the back wooden base of the bell, it read: "If we did well ... Ring that Bell." I used to faithfully enjoy my weekend breakfasts at this establishment until one day when I was in a hurry to be somewhere at a certain time, I arrived early in the morning with the idea of having a freshly made omelet and after standing at the omelet station for a while with no luck, and asking who I thought was the manager for help locating the omelet cook, received a lukewarm answer. So much so, that I stopped going. For months I didn't return. Then today, in the middle of the Holiday Season, I decided to return, and once again try it out to see if some change had taken place. And what I saw was amazing. They had a new manager, dressed in uniform with a name tag on, walking around the front area of the restaurant, and making herself available for customers. I greeted her and ask for the omelet cook because I wanted to have an omelet made. She told me he was at the desert station helping them out and would come as soon as he notices that he was needed. I walk that way and as soon as he saw I needed him to make me an omelet, he immediately came my way and started preparing my omelet. It came out so perfect, that as he was walking away, I called him back and told him I had a holiday bonus I wanted to give him for his excellent service throughout the year. At that moment, you could tell by his watery eyes that he appreciated the gesture enmensely. And that he clearly understood the meaning of constructive criticism through example, and was graceful for it. Afterwards, I went to get some bacon to have with my omelet; and it was once again, crispy and hot, like bacon is supposed to be. This restaurant is on track again and has retained me as one of their best customers.
