When my order was given to be I opened the box and could tell the chicken was piping hot. Just wasn't well done. I asked the cashier about it. The manager hers is talking and walked over to tell me at this location well done means 1 extra minute from the normal cook time . I politely said no sir that's not well done. I'll have to go home and place my chicken in the air fryer and that's not okay. He agreed it wasn't but told me that's well done at this location. I requested a refund and explained I would have to give away my 50.00 birthday gift card. If your looking for crispy chicken this is NOT the location to patronize The restaurant was clean.

I have been going to this Cane's roughly, on average, twice a week for the last six or seven years. In all that time, I think they've messed up my order twice. That's less than a 1% error margin! (We all know that's phenomenal, even unheard of, for fast food!!) Sometimes I order ahead on their app, which is fairly easy to understand and operate.
