Have been to this restaurant several times and am always disappointed. They are always out of something and this time they were out of chicken tenders. Ok, made the mistake of stopping on Christmas day. All of our festivities were the day before, so we wandered into Hardees thinking it was the same as it had been many many years before... Wrong... There were about 4 employees and 2 visitors that appeared to be friends, yaking away.. Now they were pleasant, super slow, but pleasant.. However the food was just awful.. My husband got a burger that was so incredibly dry and overdone that it was inedible and he threw it away. My chicken tenders were definitely over done and had more grease than a fresh wheel bearing.. Note to self, stay home Christmas, dig into thise leftovers...Not a fan of this Hardees. read more

I ordered the new blt frisco combo and my sandwich was amazing. The patties were very fresh and hot. The lady that took our order was very sweet and kind and knew what she was talking about when it came to the sandwiches. The restaurant was very clean and the restrooms were also, I loved watching the price is right while enjoying my food took me back to my childhood. Great job Circleville Hardee's!! read more

Me and my wife came here for dinner just to see how it is, service is a very sad low understatement. Their soda machine was more like a syrup machine. I gave up after the second try for another kind. Chicken tenders were lukewarm, hard, meat was dry, and once I got to the cold slaw... it looked like someone's pubic hair fell into it The just need to shut it down already read more

Went to this Hardee's to feed our moving crew - spent around $70. Asked the cashier if I could use more than 1 coupon. He graciously allowed me to do so. I overheard him get vulgarly and loudly chewed out by someone in the back for this. I later apologized to him and asked who that was - he said it was the store manager! I believe his name was Miller? The cashier was AWESOME. He deserves recognition for his attitude and efficiency. He was working the drive through and dine in by himself, maintaining a positive demeanor, and getting unjustly abused at every turn. I asked him his name- Hunter, I applaud you and wish you all the best. Miller however - we won't darken your door again as long as you're the manager. read more

Super slow, little manners. It took them 15 minutes to make one meal for me. The building also needs renovated. Seems like Circleville has left it in the past. Food was cold, fries were soggy, and the burger looked as though it had been trounced on prior to me being served. The gas station next door likely has better quality service and food. read more

Probably wouldn't go here again as the service is slow and the food isn't something you'll recall fondly. Only stopped in as I was driving through and remembered the name as familiar growing up. Not sure if they're trying to be super green or what, but the heat in this place will make you lose your appetite even if the food doesn't. read more

We just visited the Hardee's in Circleville, OH. They had both restrooms CLOSED. Isn't this a violation of Ohio law? We had children and they needed to use the restrooms, but could not. This is RIDICULOUS! Even if they closed them for the Pumpkin Show, this is still a violation of law and rights. Also, the tables were dirty, we had to wipe off one just to sit down and eat. Our fries were cold when they served us. I and extremely dissatisfied with this restaurant and the poor condition of the place, dirty and closed restrooms!!! My friend and I stopped here last night 10/7/19 on our way home from WV---use to love Hardee's BUT not anymore! 1st of all u took the chili dog off the menu a couple of years ago which I really liked---and u have black Angus beef for the burgers which I do not like the taste of----so I got a chicken club sandwich----it tasted like it had barbecue sauce on it---I asked the guys behind the counter---not sure if they knew or not ---did not seem to care that much but asked me if I wanted anything else---I said no and tried to eat my sandwich anyways! They had NO diet coke--- which I wanted but did give use a bottle of water! Over all this place has went down hill and fast! Don't believe we will ever be back! read more

I understand it is Friday during lunch, but I think some preparation and training is needed. The men's bathroom had no soap, the only toilet that had service had no light. Besides not having ice cream for the Milkshakes, the 2/3lb baby back thick burger only had two strips of ribs and two onion rings. It tasted great, but wow the picture made you got your money's worth when in reality someone is not trained on how to make this. No receipt was given either at check out or when food finally arrived 9 minutes later. I know it is rough during lunch, but could have had a much better experience if proper care and training occurred. read more

Food was cold, very mediocre to say the least. Restaurant appeared and smelled dirty. I will never return.

Knew a guy who used to work here and he told me he worked their for 4 months and they cleaned the char broiler once. He said not to eat here very dirty behind that wall. They were even shut down by the health department a while ago for violations. read more

Fast food . Clean place. Good to see a smaller chain located IN town competing with larger ones who are out on the highway.
