Wow. I wouldn't even give 1 star. I should have known by how dead it was that this was going to be an unpleasant visit. Service at the drive thru was incredibly slow... but that was probably due to workers standing around talking instead of working. We were at the drive thru window and it took the woman FOREVER to come over and take our payment. Waiting on food was ridiculous. I almost told them to give me my money back and I would give the drinks back and they could keep the food. The food tasted awful and I ended up tossing mine in the trash. read more

Listen Linda, listen! I was at Hardee's this Sunday to get my mom breakfast, hey she chose this place, I complied. My favorite gal wanted a bacon and egg biscuit, no cheese and cinnamon raisin biscuit. I was like, do you mom. I'm not gonna be mad cause you're doing you better than I'm doing me, so Hardee's it is. I proceeded in to place my order with some hesitation. I was pleasantly greeted and immediately helped. Score one up on the board, no fast food mean mug, or Carrie Mathison demeanor (shout out to Homeland for having an all around kinda mean girl on deck). My order was delivered to me hot and quick, score two up on the board. I peeked in the bag because that was pretty PDQ. I touched the outside wrapper, I don't touch food with unwashed hands- that's nasty- the biscuit was hot, fluffy and seemed fresh. Score 3 on the board. I hightailed it to my moms. She opened her meal and dove right in, she washed her hands..... My favorite girl said "umph umph umph, this biscuit is good, they must make them fresh". She loved every morsel. She didn't dilly or dally, she smooth ate it all up, no small fete, as my mom hasn't eaten well lately. I rarely give fast food more than 3-4!atara, I truly wish there was an option for 3.5. Service is trash. I went there today around 3:20. No one said anything when I pulled up to the drive-thru. So I waited for someone to at least greet me so I'd know someone was on the other end and the manager who took the order had an attitude like I was automatically supposed to know they were waiting. By the time I got to the window it was 3:26. They had me pull forward even though at the time there was no cars behind me to wait on chicken tenders which I did, and waited over 15 minutes while at least two cars behind me got their food and drove off. It was close to 3:50pm at this point. I finally went inside and demanded my money back and the manager cops an attitude again claiming she didnt even see my order to which I replied I just handed you the frickin receipt back and you took my order! I got my money back and left wont be eating at this location girl who's a manager is rude and disrespectful. read more

It's not a bad Hardee's. It's more reliable than some of the restaurants in this area. Pretty good value of food for price you pay. 4/5 times I've had friendly staff. Food was cold once and fries were more salt than fries. Could be better could be worse, but a safe bet for fast food I would say when a lot of other places have really gone downhill. read more

So let's get to it! What a pleasant surprise the Hardee's / Carl's Jr Bar B Que Rib Burger Sandwich is really good. They come in three sizes 1/4 pounder, 1/3 pounder, 2/3 pounder. We ordered the 1/4 pounder version. I was seriously considering the 1/3 pounder but my better judgement won out. As you can see by my receipt, three sandwiches only was almost $20. I like Hardee's fries, but I love McDonald's fries. So we got our fries at McDonald's and we drank what we had at home. So yes, you pay approximately $6.15 per sandwich. I love sweet bar-b-que sauce. This is sweet but not over powering. The men in my family prefer savory to sweet - but they were not put off by the sweet taste. However, my husband did add salt to his sandwich and that satisfied his palate. I have to say I was a little put off by only seeing 2 mini ribs. But I took a chance and dove right in. I know their burgers are good, so I tasted the ribs separately. They were very good. They were real ribs! I consumed my meal with zeal and I was completely satisfied. Thank you Hardee's / Carl's Jr for another great sandwich. I give this sandwich smiles. I would give 5 but 1) The price is a little high for a fast food place but it is worth it. 2) I think for appearance sake I would put at least 3 ribs on that sandwich. I ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich at the Columbia City Hardee's. After waiting forever, I received my sandwich, but it wasn't buttered. I have problems swallowing, and the butter helps. I sent it back, and got another one, again, no butter. I told the girl on front line and she said she buttered it herself. She never left front line. I was so mad, I wadded up the sandwich and said I wouldn't be coming back. read more

This place has really stepped up its game since I went here right after their opening. The morning shift works like a well oiled machine. They got me my food fast and it was exactly as ordered. Everything I've gotten off of the breakfast menu that I have tried tasted great and was a good price. I was surprised that they bring your tray to your table for you when your order is complete. Their burgers are so good it is hard to decide which to try. Their Midnight Moonshine Thickburger is out of this world. Use Hardee's online Super Star rewards to get discount coupons. There is also a 4 for $4 meal available. We like their food as it always tastes fresh. We do wish they would have senior drinks. read more

Just went to hardees for the first time, ever. & I must've chose the wrong one cause it was so awful. Fries were old & the burger just kind of sucked. Yesterday I decided to see if they'd improved and their burgers were still overcooked, bland, and over-priced. If it is your first time visiting Hardee's, I recommend the 1/2 pound Frisco Thickburger. This sandwich has Texas toast for the buns, a 1/2 pound patty, tomatoes, and mayonnaise. I personally am not a huge fan of mayonnaise but something about it on this sandwich makes me want more. I rated this visit a 3 out of 5 because I ordered onion rings and had to wait for them to be done. The person behind me received their food before me. If you are going to get a combo skip the small and move right up to medium. The small cup seems like just a sip compared to the medium. My entire meal: onion rings, a small drink, and a frisco thickburger. It costed me a whopping 9 dollars. The food was good but not great. read more

I went through the drive-thru around 11:20 and ordered a Monster Thick Burger. Got back to work and discovered I only had one hamburger patty on the sandwich. All the pictures show 2 patties. I'm incredibly irritated by this as it is the 2nd time this has happened to me. The first time was a few months back. I ordered a double All Natural Burger...received a single. Considering how much these burgers cost, you would think they could get the order right. I'm never going to this Hardee's again and if asked I will NOT recommend them. read more
