Usually love the food from this place but I ordered from DoorDash and the last two times I've ordered the food has always been lukewarm, and looks like the bottom of the barrel for my fries everytime. I ordered a Double monster frisco burger with curly fries and a drink. I recommend the assistant manager or the shift manager to enforce the staff to make sure and check to see if the food is good quality before being sent out. This store is horrible. Had the order delivered. The roast beef sandwich had a few slices of roast beef. Not even enough to feed my dog! Chicken strips came burnt with no fries or drink. The Frisco sandwich was so disgusting, dripping in condiments and a disgusting taste. I will never go back. This is not the first time our order was F****UP by this place! Probably the worst experience at a fast food joint ever. My meal came with so much confusion. I ordered a number 10 (charbroiled chicken sandwich). After waiting at the drive through window for about 10 minutes I received my bag. Now I should have. He led but I was already behind for going back to work. Once I got to work I saw the receipt on the bag which said three sliders and onions rings. So right off the bat that was wrong. So I opened it up and I have regular fries with what appeared to be a ham sandwich? So wrong receipt. Wrong food and it was cold. Soooo yea don't go here. read more

This was the worst fast food we've ever had. I could not eat my chicken sandwich as it was overdone and had a horrible taste!!! We also ordered the mushroom and Swiss sandwich was the worst flavor and nasty after taste. Probably uses the same grease multiple days in a row. Worst customer service ever. Girl at the register, says that she has been there for a while. She had no idea how anything was made. Ordered the crispy chicken fingers and med fry. Went to Hardee's for the first time in ages. We don't eat alot of fast food, but had a late night and were hungry. It was 1/24/16 at 12:21am when we decided to make the trip up 10th to get a mushroom burger. For years and years this has been my fast food burger of choice. Not any more. That had to be the worse burger ever. I can't even describe the taste, old grease? char broiling gone wrong? The after taste it left in my mouth was disgusting.
