Yesterday, the management of our local Hardee's restaurants, run by C&C foods in Waynesboro, MS, decided to go to Olive Garden here in Hattiesburg to have their Christmas lunch party. Two wonderful young ladies served this group of 21 professionals in the food service industry. They served them for hours, and did a great job taking care of their needs. It's not an easy job, being in food service. And these two servers know that all too well. So, they worked hard to give these special customers the best possible service. Their ticket was in the range of $800, so the tip would certainly help both young women make their Christmases bright. Olive Garden does not impose automatic gratuity to large parties, which most people appreciate and tip accordingly. Imagine my shock when I learned that these @Hardee's managers and franchisees stiffed both servers. Not a penny for their tip. The girls were so upset, they cried. I firmly believe that working in food services should be required for most people. There's a sacred empathy that comes from feeding all sorts of people. If you have a guest and they tell you they used to be a server, you can know with almost certainty that you will receive a fair tip. They know what it's like to be in the trenches. Especially during the high stress holiday season. For these Hardee's managers and franchisees to not tip those servers was not just rude and classless, it speaks to their values and how they view the importance of their frontline workers as well. One of those servers was my 20 year old daughter. She works hard. She has two jobs, is a gifted artist, and loves to bring joy into the world by how she treats people and animals. Yesterday broke her spirit a bit and showed her how ugly some people and companies can be. The truth is, knowing her sense of kindness and feral empathy, if she had known these food services "professionals" would walk away without tipping either girl, she would've still made sure they had a great celebration lunch. That's just the kind of person she is. So, if you've read this far, thank you! Thanks for hearing this angry mama who will never eat at a Hardee's again. read more

man, this place is fast, friendly and attentive to detail! we stopped in for lunch. we had five orders and all came out hot and fresh just as ordered. the staff was fast and friendly and made sure we were each happy with our order. great fast food, great price. we went in to order since we had five orders. the interior was clean and condiments, napkins etc were available. also used the facilities while there and the cleanliness was much appreciated! keep up the great work! read more

i was just placing my order at this location & the lady on the microphone was rude ass hell, my husbands first time trying it & this lady made the whole experience shitty. he didn't know everything that was on a burger so he assumed ( he didn't want pickles, onion nor tomatoes) and he repeated himself 3x and she raised her voice and told him to look at the screen?? (there's no pickles in the burger) & like if the ingredients were listed? yes there is a picture but come now you don't have to be rude, terrible customer service do better. read more

Since me & my bf started getting off work between 4am - 6am, we started going to Hardee's for breakfast. We used to go to McDonald's but Hardee's breakfast has better quality. When I tell you it's so good, it's like the food melts in your mouth. We've literally been going for about a week straight & probably should cut back but like I said, their breakfast is jus THAT good! So @ 9 PM I tried to come order 2 chicken and waffle sandwiches that I have been seeing everywhere and wanted to try. Granted you close at 10 I figured everything was ok. I use to manage a sub shop so I understand showing up before you close can be disgruntling. The guy told me they were defrosting the chicken and it would be about 30. So I said I would be back. I gave him 35-40 minutes just to make sure it was enough time. I then came back at 9:45. 15 minutes before you close, I should be able to get these fast made sandwiches before you close as you already had them defrosted like the employee said. Instead, I got a female employee telling me they were out of chicken. I tried to explain I had just showed up like 30 minutes prior trying to order. I thought I would at least get my items but instead she argued that they were closing shortly. So yeah .. next time just don't even bother. Oh yeah I had enough time to type this complaint before the stored closed. So at this point the employee was lazy and who wants lazy making your food. read more

Went yesterday, normally its decent (edible) but yesterday for lunch their fries were cold and hard like maybe they were old or reheated a few to many times, I apparently ordered the monster with flattened buns and my wife had the new 1/16" high bacon burger. I plan on emailing corporate Hardee's later to discuss renaming that burger as the commercial shows plenty of bacon (a mile high) instead she got two pieces crumbled up and easily lost in the cheese, what a joke and as far as this store goes, I won't be back for a while but hopefully when I come back they'll be better. read more

Horrible place to go. It is a total ripoff. They offer a chicken combo for 5.99 when they ask you if you want medium or large they charge 9.00 for the same combo. A medium upgrade is .69 cents on the menu. The ketchup dispenser had black stuff in the tube. I hope the health department makes a surprise visit. This place is nasty. read more

If I could give ZERO stars. I would this Hardee's is a JOKE. Came at 10:30AM their Lunch starts at 11:00AM because I asked!! Ordered the #2 Sausage link combo. Whatever it's called. And when I got the the drive thru they immediately gave me my food when I ordered not even 10seconds prior... was a little suspicious so I looked in the bag. Hashbrowns looked off so and I asked the lady to replace my hashbrowns. She said "they fresh they just came out the fryer, it looks like that cause of the grease." I was just thinking in my head like okay sure. Whatever. I tried a few. They weren't terrible but wasn't good either. I opened my sandwich. Biscuit all soggy and when I took a bite I seen nothing but BLACK. So I opened it and it looked like this... I mean be honest. Would YOU eat this shit for $6?!
