I went to breakfast with a friend of mine and we decided to stop at Hardee's. We decided my friend got the biscuits and gravy and I wanted extra biscuits and gravy and Desiree who helped us suggested I get the two for five which is two biscuits and gravy. Desiree was very helpful and asked us if we needed anything extra and was very attentive. The service here was very well, the food was hot and very tasteful and the area was very clean. I would definitely recommend going to this at any time I really there's nothing really bad about this location. She even made sure that I had the app so she could scan my purchase and get reward points. read more

Been to this location for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Always clean and the staff at each shift has been a helpful, courteous and pleasant. Food is hot and tasty. All my orders are mobile. HORRIBLE Racist Experience! We are taking this to corporate unless they do not take this seriously, then I'll be contacting my lawyer. What we just experienced was totally disrespectful and racist against my mexican husband. They were NOT busy at all. And yet we waited 25 min for 5 combos and then everything was cold, including our fries! We watched the employee open our burger boxes as he put them in our bag for whatever reason. They did not provide us with a receipt either. So, I called to talk to a manager bc our food was cold and was hung up on 2x in a row!! My husband then tried to call them and 1st time they ignored the call... like 40 rings were ignored. 2nd time they answered "Hello Hardees" in a mexican accent and then hung up on my husband when he requested to speak with the manager! Racist much Hardees?! Employees clearly do not care about their job or their customers at this location. The employees making fun of my mexican husband is not going to slide by unnoticed. Whoever decided to answer the business phone like they were Mexican was incomprehensible & inexcusable! We are extremely offended & loved Hardees before today And Bc the store refused to answer, my husband had to drive all the way back up there to request a refund. Which was 25 min from home. Arrived at drive thru on a Saturday at 9:33am was told at 10 they were out of biscuits and were making more. Got food at 10:20.

I ordered one of their monster thick burgers and a kids meal cheeseburger and when I got home, not only was my monster thick burger missing a patty, but the one they managed to put on there, was dry as all hell, gray in color, cold, and was one of the worst tasting pieces of meat I ever tasted. My child's cheeseburger was also cold. I could tell the Patties had been sitting out for god knows how long. This is how people get sick. Ruined me and my child's dinner. The lack of care is pitiful. I tried contacting corporate about it and have heard nothing back. This is not a company that cares about its customers. This was awful ordered a chicken club and a mushroom Swiss this is what the mushroom Swiss looked like as you can see it's a petrified patty the cheese is not melted the bread is burnt and there's no mushrooms no anything and the chicken I'm sorry was an unrecognizable kind of meat discolored on a bun unlike the picture petrified bacon the cheese was not melted and the chicken was chewy so half of the dinner fed to the dog disgusting and I think it would've been more than $10 without the discount I could buy lots of food at the grocery store for 15 bucks read more

Hardee's is the red headed step child when it comes to fast food, it always seems to take a back seat to McDonalds, Wendy's and Jack in the Box. However I always forget that their food is actually better than all of the other options. I stopped by this location while in a hurry and needed a quick meal. I opted for the Chicken Tender Sandwich, which was three chicken tenders with honey mustard, bacon, and cheese on a standard bun. The chicken tenders were good, not dried out like some places. 1) Go to Hardee's at 5AM to grab 2 sandwiches to start my day, ask for 2 extra pieces of cheese, and after paying, still rubbing the sleep sand out my eyes, thought my total was oddly high so looked at my receipt and 1.20 per piece? Are you joking, 2.40$ for 2 pc of some fake plastic cheese? I thought this was fast food. I could have got a whole pack of some off brand real cheese for $0.60 shy of that at the grocery store down the road. Check yourself, Hardee's. Just went through the drive thru and ordered 2 buttered biscuits. When I got home I discovered that I had two plain biscuits, NO BUTTER.

I ordered the fresco burger combo and the whole meal was cold. I was the only car in line and there were two people in the actual restaurant, you think that they could've focused on at least making sure the food was hot or at least warm before serving it to me. I have short lunch breaks so I wasn't able to return my cold meal. They definitely dropped the ball on this one. read more

I've been here many times to get food, but yesterday is the last time I give them my business. The lady who worked there was a disgusting person. She not only had an attitude, but she decided to get snarky when my family member asked for more ketchup. We then went from the drive thru to go inside, and the lady kept talking about how she has a case and only 2 hours left until she gets off. She proceeded to ignore us until we asked her to reheat the burger, because it was cold! The lady replied "I'm just gonna give you your money back right now." She then proceeded to aggressively slam her card through the slot to open the machine in order to give us our money. Oh, AND when we were in the drive thru she decided to be ignorant and call my FEMALE family member a male after addressing her as ma'am multiple times. Normally I don't waste time writing reviews on chain fast food restaurants as experiences can differ greatly from visit to visit. That being said, I really had a great visit to this particular location. The employees were incredibly friendly and I had a few questions since I haven't been here in a while and they were patient and very welcoming. I ended up getting the 1/4 lb little thick burger, which to my surprise, rocked. Before today, I rarely thought about hardees, but now I know I like this location and will probably be back soon. This is by far the worst experience I've had with Hardee's at this location. I ordered three burgers and a large curly fry. When I got my order, the fries were cold, burnt, and was filled halfway. I'm not all about getting every last bite but if I ordered a large order of fries, please give me a large order of fries. The burgers were cold and those new pretzel buns were horrible and hard. They were dry and the bottom bun wasn't a full bottom bun. Never coming black again. read more

I give this Hardees red burrito the lowest possible rating. I have had bad experiences here before but I am done with them now. The last time I went there was for breakfast and I did t get my sandwich. I immediately called them and they replied too bad we can't cook breakfast meat anymore today. I asked why and she set the phone down and said I'm done dealing with this guy. Once I heard this I was upset so I got the regional number. I called and emailed them only to realize that I am forced to take a loss on my sandwich, money, and happiness. I received an apology via email but, that was hardly enough. We stopped near closing time tonight. The dinning room was closed 10 minutes prior to their closing but the gentlemen working said he could take our order through the drive through. I ordered a thick burger with no cheese no bun and no mayo. I got my order and it had cheese. We drove around again and told him about them mistake. He said he was sorry and took it back and said he would make another. The guy in he kitchen just scrapped the cheese off and flipped the burger over. I'm glad I checked. I have food allergies. This would have sent me to the emergency room. I will not eat here again and I will be calling on the morning to complain. This kind of behavior is so dangerous.
