I added grilled onions to the burger and they were cooked perfectly. The fries are fresh cut and flavorful but they are cut very small. One recommendation to the owner, go to a more substantial fry. My oblesico pepitos was full of steak, chicken bacon and cheese. It seemed to be missing some flavor and sauce. It was just meat and cheese. For a side I got loaded fries with cheese sauce and bacon bits. The cheese tasted like it came out of a can and the bacon was more like bacon bits than real bacon.
