We arrived promptly at 11 am, and while the inside was a bit musty at first, the cool air quickly kicked in and made it comfortable. We wanted to try a variety of dishes, my partner and I decided to share some lunch specials. We went with the Homestyle Meatloaf and Fried Pork Chops, both served with two sides and tea. The sides included collard greens, mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and corn nuggets. Gosh, I'm still dreaming about that delicious, home-cooked meal! In fact, it was good enough that he brought the leftovers home and finished them the next day. We also tried the coconut shrimp appetizer. They were happy to accommodate the request, which I really appreciated.
