Finally after the 4th attempt they were finally able to get the window installed. I had to burn 4 days of pto for this job before it was complete. The people doing the install left the inside of the house a mess and did not clean up the debris they cut out. He answered every question thoroughly and helped me explore every available option. Unfortunately, it turned out there wasn't a hinge that matched my cabinet's existing screw-hole pattern. Honestly I can't find it anywhere so don't know if it exists. Rather than making me go through the hassle of returning the hardware, HardwareSource proactively refunded both orders and told me to keep, donate, or dispose of the hinges as I wished. They explained it would save me time, eliminate return shipping costs, and even reduce unnecessary shipping waste. It's rare to find a company that puts customer satisfaction ahead of making a sale, and it's even rarer to find an employee like Andrew who genuinely cares about helping customers. Although the hinges didn't end up working for my project, I'll absolutely shop with HardwareSource again because I know they'll stand behind their customers.
