Our expectations were beyond met in both arenas. My wife had the Country Bene and I had the Firehouse Bene. This was our first experience with both. They were excellent and we were especially blown away with the Firehouse Bene. Our server did her job perfectly. She should be training servers across the nation. In fact, the service was just about as amazing as the food. The atmosphere is a bit quaint, but we prefer it that way as we find it more comfortable. The cherry on top of our experience yesterday was the Bill. It was delightfully reasonable! Thank you Country Boy Cafe for making our 20th Anniversary extra special.

It was such a hit we literally went back the next night and got the same pizza! We also enjoyed delicious mocktails and cocktails. The appetizers were quick and delicious! On our last night we asked for a take out order of chicken strips and fries with less than 5 minutes before closing and the cooks accommodated with no complaints! These were also so delicious! We didnt even get to try the food since no one took our order after sitting for 45 minutes. When we first walked in we stood around at the door entrance because there were no signs stating if you seat yourself or not. A waitress walked up to us, told us she doesn't know if there's room for us and when we asked about the deck she said "well idk I'm working inside not outside" and proceeded to not help us in any way. We seat ourselves on the deck and after 20 minutes someone brings us water in a stained plastic pitcher (But this wasn't our waitress.) We poured the water just for it to taste and smell like beer. When we took a whiff of the pitcher, it reeked. After another 25 minutes of watching the only waitress on the deck go around to all the tables but ours, we decided to go elsewhere. There was another table next to us that got there at the same time and we watched her take their order, then go across the deck to another table that was ordering more items. I understand being understaffed but it would be nice to have clean water and to be greeted. The only person who greeted us was the nice old man who came to play country music with his guitar.
