So I finally ventured into the grocery store and I have a new love! This place is immaculate! Every worker is so friendly and asks how you are doing and f they can help you find anything. They have amazing selections on everything, great fresh produce, a salad bar, soup bar, olive bar, deli area, fresh premade salads and fruit/veggies. There also seating on the second story to enjoy your lunch from the cafe or from the soup/salad bars. There is an awesome & unique seafood section with all the amazing seafood you could need, including scallops, octopus, lobster tail, shrimp, fish and so much more. The butcher shop is also incredibly fresh and tasting looking. Even the prepackaged meats are so red & juicy. I found everything I needed here and more than I knew I needed! Cheeseballs, cheese curds, an amazing selection of unique pepper jelly's, and great seasonal items. While this is a bit out of my way, I definitely will continue to shop for the freshest meats, produce and seafood here. It's a bit pricier than Smith's and other local grocers but the cleanliness, customer service and overall quality of fresh foods make it totally worth it! read more

We lived in Holladay, Utah in the mid 1970's (yes I'm in my mid 70's), but there was no Harmon's there then. 45 years later we visited and had our first Harmons experience. We fell in love! In 2022 we moved back to Utah only to find The Orchard Harmons store near our new abode, with both a credit union and a pharmacy for us. At our age we can use all the help we can get. I forgot to mention they also handle most post office needs at the customer service counter. The offer in house made gelato, prepped fruits and vegetables, a full service bakery and a deli, cheese counter, and self-serve hot soups and salad bar. We have yet to use the shopping service. The service is great and the store is first rate, even though some of these services are more pricey, nothing worth having is free, and you are free to choose. I love the store app which helps me find what isle and section to locate what I'm looking for. They even have dry I've! Last Thanksgiving they selected a turkey for me, deboned it for a special recipe, and prepared the carcass for me to make a soup. How's that for service?! Oh, and did I mention with all that food I can also get gas. I should say I can purchase gasoline, discounted with 'points' from my shopping. Oh, and they have a floral department. Well, I could go on and on, and would probably forget something, but hopefully this is enough to explain my opinion of Harmons of Orem. read more

i took a cooking class here with chef berkley mitchell and it was so good! she was so engaging and made the whole experience really fun. we made two pies, apple and pumpkin. and i was so surprised that every person got to make and take home two full pies! also we were served food at the start of the class. overall it was a super fun experience, and would definitely come back to take another class with her read more

Harmon's is our favorite grocery store! They have such an amazing selection of fresh produce as well as local products. I love their house made items. Their salad bar is the absolute best salad bar! Okay, I am absolutely in love with all things HARMONS. Let me tell you, I LOVE THIS PLACE. We moved here from CA and we really didn't have a grocery store that comes close to Harmons. This place has everything! Home deco, small business features, salad bar, cheese galore, freshly made food to-go, floral, coffee. There's an upstairs eating area. Y'all.. they even have.. wait for it... COOKING CLASSES! It's truly like a grocery store theme park for adults. We have had nothing but great service at this location. The employee are usually not the most friendly but todays visit left me impressed. I was trying to get through the self checkouts with my two little boys. My kids were joy making it easy and I made the comment I should have gotten a bigger cart to put both kids in when I walked out with my groceries. The cashier heard me say this to my kids and went and got me a cart. This was SO HELPFUL! Talk about customer service! Me and my mom and siblings went to the deli for lunch. It was delicious! The staff was super kind and was helpful. I got the 4 piece chicken meal and Mac and cheese and potato logs. This is your hometown grocery store for sure. This place is so laid back and everyone and is invited here. The service here is great they still be your groceries and walk out with you to your vehicle and load your groceries. There is always a smile while going through check out, and very nice home feeling. As for the food that you can get here it is amazing, have full salad and soup bar. Just a wee update to say that I never really appreciated how great fresh produce is, until I went without it for a while. Like, a long while. And that pretty much explains my last several weeks. Finally, I think I had described my food-from-a-can situation to a friend one too many times, so I got a bunch of fresh fruits and veggies from this location. I have always loved their produce section and found Harmons to not only stock some of the most interesting stuff, but also to really go above and beyond in the quality department (and the price department, alas) and while I can't change the price situation, I can report that the produce situation is still top notch. When a man has not held an apple for a while, he takes that first new apple and turns it over in his hands several times to see just how perfect it really is. Oranges, bananas, tomatoes, onions; I have a new supply of all of them and they are truly top quality. I miss being able to go in and sit down upstairs with a sandwich or with a pink grapefruit gelato (blood orange is also acceptable) and take my time writing an email on my laptop while crowd-watching. But hopefully those days will be back. Right now, I'm just reveling in radishes and celebrating the sweet potatoes. read more

I love this grocery store! It feels like it's a fu-fu grocery store, only because it's so neat and clean and tidy and all the display/colors/food presentation are all on point! I feel like a princess shopping in this store, just because everything should be in its place and everything is strategically placed for the consumer. I LOVE that they sell macadamia nuts from Spain here - they are wildly addicting, you cannot eat just one! For a small container, prepare to pay around ten dollars for it. You get what you pay for - QUALITY. They also sell a good amount of locally produced shelved food items such as salsa. They have my FAVORITE salsa here called Salsitas Mendoza - the BEST salsa I've ever had from a canned jar. Runs about five dollars per jar but can be on sale for around four dollars. Best kept secret is that harmons has the best gelato bar in town! I have to finally review these guys. my family has made it a must do tradition to top off dinner by often stopping by hormones gelato bar. It's freshly made in store and super affordable. The small is under $3, it is a hefty portion. As far as flavor, my kids love the birthday cake with rainbow sprinkles. I recently had the blackberry cheesecake and loved it. Every flavor I tasted is Rich and creamy. With so many dessert officionados and Utah county, I'm not sure why this bar has not blown up earlier. read more

Oh how I love Harmons. Upscale???? Ummm, yeah. A bit pricey... sure, maybe a little, but not extreme. Clean, high end/high quality items- absolutely. Harmons is not a mainstream grocery chain. They have taken it to the next level. All of the locations that we visit are always impressive. We stopped in Friday night, while in Lehi, to pick up a few treats and items. Everyone that works here was so friendly. The Gelato counter workers were awesome. They kept offering different flavors to sample and were asking us now our Valentines Day was going and asked us what fun had we been up to so far. It made us feel welcome and you could tell they were sincere. Of course we bought some Gelato. It's so dang tasty. We walked around the store and were impressed by how clean and organized it was. The deli, bakery, cheese station, meats/seafood and flower departments were so appealing and visually eye catching. The check out associates, equally kind and well trained. Overall, Great visit!!!! I haven't been in a Harmons store in 18 years, but was staying nearby while in town for my Nephew's wedding. The store was BEAUTIFUL. The staff greeted me and my husband in every department. The clean store, easy to located merchandise, and the hospitality of the employees really made coming home to Utah a win. Would never live here again but at least when I visit, I'll at least have a friendly grocer to handle my shopping needs. read more

I can't say enough about how much I love Harmon's. It makes me happy whenever I walk into this grocery store. It's decorated and organized so beautifully and the vibe is Just so warm. The premade food here is absolutely wonderful! It's like moms home cooked meals! Tonight I stopped in for some soup and it just hit the spot. I'll often go in for salad bar or soup... or for Their in house gelato and I never leave disappointed. Wow, this place is FANCY. Go here for your groceries if you want to go all out on quality. Lovely floral section. Above all, the cheese section!! Everyone you pass asks if you need assistance which is great. I got some hard kombuchas here for a pretty good deal. Ode to a grocery store: O, Harmons! Your are such a large and spacious store, full to the brim of rarities like Buddha's Hand, an odd-looking fruit and blood orange soda! How do you keep your shelves so stocked with things that I definitely don't need, but feel tempted to try? Your cheesemonger is so knowledgeable about cheese and so passionate in defense of your freshly-baked bread, which I refuse to believe is the best in Utah, even though it is pretty good. I could spend hours staring at your organic, gluten free selections. But alas, I fear my purse may be too light and my status too low for frequent visits. Your cooking classes shall remain a dream. Basically, Harmons is huge, full of...I don't know... hoity-toity things, including bath bombs, but is crazy expensive. Someday, I'd love to shop there regularly, but for now, it's where I go if I need something odd for a recipe, an obscure piece of produce, or some nice cheese. Never change. read more

Harmons, especially this Harmons, is my favorite grocery store. I love their wide variety of products, local products, and healthy options. I also really enjoy their pre-made food so that I can order lunch there or use their salad bar and choose a healthy salad for myself. I also really love their bakery. They have a variety of baked goods and their breads are by far my favorite breads. I take them often to gatherings and people are always impressed with how good the bread is. Many people say that Harmons is too expensive but I don't find it much more expensive than other stores. Where Harmons is more expensive, others may be less expensive but we're Harmons is less expensive, others may be a little bit more expensive. In general, I do not spend much more at Harmons for the same items as other stories. Plus, Harmons produce seems to save better so I tend to save money on produce because I do not have to buy it as often. read more

Literally like the best quality of products, decently priced. If you're shopping for bulk items.. I recommend sticking to Costco or Walmart. BUT when searching for unique authentic blends of ingredients, healthy snacks for the kids, or just a relaxing shopping experience, Harmons is all the above! The freshness is guaranteed.
