The space was very clean and calm, other than some people walking by our room and talking - since we had a curtain door, there obviously wasn't sound proof which was fine because it was still really quiet and calming. We had Lulu and Sachi as our masseuses who worked at good pace and pressure. Usually I feel dizzy or sore from the massages but they did everything just right. I would definitely come back!

I left a message around 4:38 PM today, requesting a 7:00 PM massage appointment with a specific therapist. I received a callback at 4:41 PM confirming both the appointment and therapist availability. However, at 6:30 PM, I received another call saying they had "just received" my message and asking if I still wanted to book. When I explained that the appointment had already been confirmed earlier, I was then told that the therapist had been booked for another client about 10 minutes prior and asked if I wanted to move my massage to 8:00 PM instead. My answer was no. Situations like this are the easiest way to lose long-time customers. Confirming an appointment and then failing to honor it less than an hour before scheduled time reflects poor customer service and poor coordination. While I have enjoyed coming here over the years, there are many other places offering the same service with far better professionalism and reliability.

I went to his clinic crying with pain. I go to his clinic all the time. During my recent visit, he went completely above and beyond. He noticed a rash and immediately suggested that the rash looked like shingles, in his opinion but suggested that I see a Primary Care Physician directing me to preventative medicine right away. Because of his quick, expert eye, I got treatment in time, which completely stopped the shingles from spreading. He isn't just a phenomenal chiropractor; he is a dedicated care provider who looks at the whole picture of your health. To top it off, his staff at both locations are absolutely wonderful. They try to accommodate you with appointments at either locations if possible. They always greet you with a smile, actually listen to your pain, and make you feel completely welcome and comfortable from the moment you walk in. I am incredibly grateful for this practice!" I could say more but this is the shortest review I can give.

I told him an hour of full body and he said the Combo was better. The combo just adds the foot massage. Since reflexology believes that the foot has pressure points in different parts of the body, I decided to do it. During the full body massage, I told him I want it stronger, he said yes, but it only lasted for 10 minutes. It seemed that he worked on my back for most of the time as he did the same routine twice. I wish there was more on my neck and head. He also spent a short time on my legs. In the foot massage, it seemed more like a foot rub. Not sure why there was a lot of emphasis on my toes. Of course what they do is try to get more minutes out of you during the massage session. What I should have done was tell them 45 minutes to get the hour. Overall: Pass on this place. Although some masseuses differ, my first experience gave me a lasting negative impression. There are better places

I called around 1:37 PM on a Friday hoping to book a couples massage for later that day, but they were fully booked. Fortunately, they had two openings available which was 2:15 PM and 6:00 PM. My partner encouraged me to go without him, so I took the 2:15 PM appointment. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Josalyn (or Jocelyn... sorry if I misspelled your name!). Very pleasant on the phone and in-person. She had me fill out a form detailing the type of massage I wanted, pressure preference, areas of focus, and any add-ons I was interested in. I chose the 60-minute deep tissue massage with extra attention to my back, neck, and shoulders. My massage therapist, Gib, was absolutely amazing. Bless her hands because she really got to work on all the tension and knots in my upper back that I didn't even realize I had. There were even moments when we both laughed because the relief felt so good I'd let out an involuntary grunt. It was intense in the best possible way. The hour flew by, and I honestly wished I had booked a 90-minute or even 2-hour session. Now I know I'll need to plan ahead next time. Safe to say, I'll definitely be back, and hopefully next time my partner can experience it with me as well.

Penny was the massage therapist who helped me on this day! She was excellent! She managed to address the problem area with expert technique and skill! I'm very satisfied with the massage and plan on returning for more recuperative treatment.

A few things to note here - 1. You do not tip upfront. Your initial payment is only for the base massage rate. You tip after your massage. They have a sign right next to the front desk which basically encourages you to tip more (1 thumbs up - 20% tip, 2 thumbs up - 25% tip, 3 thumbs up - 30% tip). Don't feel pressured because of that sign. It's better if you carry cash for the tip. They prefer it that way because you give the tip directly to your masseuse. 2. The short form you fill out lets you provide information like pressure level, sore points to focus on during the massage and any injuries that the masseuse needs to be aware of. This is very helpful in case there is a language barrier. The front desk lady was really nice and friendly. And I wasn't pressured into tipping a certain amount which is great. I opted for the Swedish massage with back walking. The rate was very reasonable and the massage was well worth the price. You can find all the rates on their website. My masseuse was quite good. I have had back walking experience in the past but this one was a little different (and more intense). My masseuse used her heels and the toes to dig into my back to loosen it before the oil massage. It was maybe 5 - 10 minutes long but there were times when I definitely struggled to breathe. This part was definitely not relaxing but it's on me. I could have asked them to lower the intensity/pressure more but I thought that they were already doing the lowest pressure because I had mentioned it in the form that I filled out. My masseuse engaged me in a few conversations during the massage. I was okay with it but I can see how that can hinder the overall experience for folks who enjoy their massage in a more quiet and peaceful setting. There wasn't any communication barrier so I was able to ask my masseuse to lower the intensity for the oil massage which was great. Their massage tables are heated but you can ask them to turn it off if it gets too hot. Unlike other massage places, this spa didn't have water or tea after the massage was over (or at least I didn't see/get any) but that's fine. Overall it was a good experience.
