I've been a handful of times with their level 1 stylists (used to be $45, now $54 for a blowout) and their assistants (still $36 -- truly a wild price for the quality!), and the assistant blowouts here are honestly some of my favorite blowouts I've gotten in town. My personal favorite has been Justine. Incredible pressure when she massages your scalp and washes your hair, and a clean, classic style that lasts for multiple days even in this Nashville summer heat. Bonus: she actually styled my bangs correctly, which is a rarity. Callie also did a fantastic job when I came in last-minute for a birthday dinner recently, and that blowout has held up for 4 days despite the insane heat wave we've been having. The salon uses high-quality Oribe products (a personal fave), has easy parking right next to the venue, and is easy to book online in advance. Sometimes - when luck is in my side - I can even snag a same-day appointment! I'm always reluctant to spill my secrets lest my favorite spots become unbookable, but Justine and Callie are genuinely the most talented at their level I've been to in Nashville and are deserving of the recognition!

At the end, she told me she cut 6 inches, but when I got home I measured and 11 inches were actually cut off. There are no layers, my hair was cut straight across my collarbone. My bangs are uneven. This is not what I asked for. I'm sad and disappointed. This cost for this cut with tip was 100 dollars. It doesn't look flattering... I was able to book an appointment for an evening after work (when most stylists aren't available during that time) and have Graham come to me. Unfortunately, way more length got taken off than I wanted. It basically feels like I'm back in the awkward in-between growing stage again instead of just getting a fresh cleanup. I'll also be honest and say I should've probably spoken up more during the haircut, but I'm not really confrontational and at the time I was trying to trust the process. Once I got home, styled it myself, and looked at it properly, I realized one side was noticeably longer than the other too. They did offer to fix it afterward, which I appreciate, but the problem wasn't really something that could just be corrected because too much hair had already been cut off at that point. The other thing that honestly threw me off was the pricing situation. I was quoted $50-$70 on the phone, but ended up being charged $85 before tax and tip. Later I was told it was an accidental overcharge. Maybe it genuinely was, but combined with everything else, it just made the whole experience feel a bit off to me. I'm sure some people have had great experiences here, but unfortunately this one just wasn't for me.
