I had a similar experience to Kelli K. The staff were not interested in actually detailing the interior of my vehicle. Vinyl cleaner was smeared over every window. It took me a good hour to clean all of my interior windows and remove the greasy residue. No point in getting an interior detail here. The exterior wash is fine, but it's not worth the extra for the interior work. read more

After hearing great recommendations I visited the Alcoa location today. Unfortunately, my experience didn't line up with the experience of others. i Was in a bit of a hurry so I didn't check my car before leaving. The front of the vehicle looked great. After I left and got to the grocery store I realized that my 2nd row seats were down. I lifted them back up and noticed my seats weren't touched at all. I then opened the back of my vehicle and realized that they didn't even touch it. i feel like for $37 plus a tip the least you can do is make sure you vacuum my seats and the back of the vehicle. I will Probably just take my car a little further to Syneregy in the future and use them. It's cheaper and I normally use them and they do a great job. I was just hoping that Harper would be what I needed since it's closer to home. read more

I have used Harper's car wash and I have mixed reviews but mostly great remarks. Today after we drove away, we noticed that there was an order of musky smell from the cleaning cloths or sweaty clothes. Many time the interior is not as cleaned as it should be or as we expect. I have purchased my cars from Harper since 2017 and will continue to use the car wash but I would like to receive better service at the car wash. read more

Nice and attentive staff. Very clean with a lovely coffee cafe too. My mirror broke, which was really from faulty design. They are replacing it at their cost, no questions asked. I've always had excellent service at all Harper businesses. They know how to do customer service well. read more

I paid an additional fee for the staff to do their interior process and I am extremely pleased! The wait area was cleaned and stocked with free tasty treats and beverages for customers to enjoy while waiting! The quality of their work far exceeded the price I paid! I went to Harpers in early Oct, and experienced excellent customer service - Maria is an awesome concierge! After an unfortunate series of events, my car was in DIRE need of help - we're talking dried mud, food, hay, general yuck, even broken glass! Suffering an injury, I couldn't do the vacuum myself so I searched for a full service car wash, and Harpers was recommended to me by a friend. My car was returned to me looking like a completely different car. I appreciated the attention to detail. Also enjoyed waiting in the coffee shop, reading a book and eating an amazing cinnamon roll. I was a long time customer of PureMagic Carwash as they used to have the best value for car wash in the Knoxville area, but I think they got too comfortable and started slipping in their quality. Because of poor service I started to receive from them it made me give Harper Auto Wash a try. Sure their top wash is more expensive and their interior reboot is more expensive but do not let that deter you from using Harper. The exterior car wash equipment is reliable. If something goes down it usually is not down for longer than a day, and the results I see getting my car washed from them regularly are amazing. And while I am not one to usually have my interior cleaned i do occasionally have Harper do my car's interior. For what you pay you get great value for the money you spend and my car always looks and smells amazing after getting the interior reboot service. The best part of the experience at Harper is the customer service. For exterior they do all the prep, and for interior the staff are very friendly and care about making your car look great. I will always recommend people to use Harper in the Knoxville Area and I cannot wait for them to open more locations! read more

I've been a customer since Harper's Auto Wash came to Alcoa. Customer service, auto wash/interior service, and attention to detail has always been outstanding! I drive a 17 BMW X5, my baby, so I take it very serious who cares for her. Last week I went through and although they did another amazing job, the back cargo area wasn't vacuumed. I called and spoke with Bobby, the manager and asked if I could swing back by for them to vacuum it for me. Not only did they rewash and do the interior, they refunded my original purchase AND gave me a gift certificate for a future wash! I was absolutely floored! The customer service has always been exceptional at this location, and this was absolutely above and beyond anything I ever, ever wanted. I hope they open additional locations in Blount County. I drive past numerous washes and even worked for a competitor to visit this location. I strongly suggest you visit them!
