My wife took her G37 in for an oil change, the service department told her she needed new brakes all the way around ($800.00). They had just replaced the rear brakes 20,000 miles previously. Obviously, we were suspicious, so we took the car to an independent service center for a second opinion. They told us the brakes are fine and should go at least another 20,000 miles or more. Harper's service department, tried to take advantage of my wife and scam her into buying services she didn't need! We are retired, and on a fixed budget. $800.00 is a huge sum of money for us. I purchased a used QX 80 from them. I think it's not worth more than I paid for it a few months ago because of the market. I like their one price shopping. I recently had it in for service they found some things wrong during their inspection and charged it to the warranty company. They have loaner vehicles. Their service department is top-notch. I love picking up my clean vehicle when I bring it in for service. I actually just purchased a set of tires. They were actually the same price as the major tire stores. Let me begin by saying Calder is the coolest dude. He is always there for his customers and he is willing to go the extra mile. With that said....... Missed in the pre-sale inspection that I have paid for out of pocket. Broken Trunk Vacuum lifts Drivers door handle assembly interior. Rear floor mats They want to fix.... But are giving me the run around and the typical we dont care about your car attitude Exterior drivers side mirror assembly is cracked and allowing water to go inside the electrical housing The fact is that they should have done the pre sale inspection and found these things. They should have found these things and not expected the customer to pay for them. Listen people, this car probably wasnt even inspected. The manager was not happy that these things were messed up and they wanted to offer me free oil changes for the stuff I paid for "I denied" and then they wanted to schedule me for the service. They want to schedule me 2-3 weeks out.. You people failed to inspect the vehicle and you want me to wait 2 weeks !!!! So when something else happens and I get injured or my kids get injured because you wanted to lolly gag around. Expect a liability lawsuit from me. I would seriously consider going elsewhere for a vehicle. These reviews are all pumped up and put up during a car sale or very shortly after when the customer is still excited and doesnt really have time to settle down. Then they forget to adjust it. My 2017 QX 60 infiniti broke down while on vacation. I had it towed to Harper Infiniti. Long story short my Infiniti with 69,000 miles needed a new engine which was not covered under warranty because they found sludge in the engine. They replaced the engine with a used engine with 57,000 miles on it for $13,155.45. After driving my vehicle for a few months the engine started leaking oil. I took it in to my Infiniti dealer in Pennsylvania to diagnose the problem. After inspection they said the oil leak was coming from the rear main seal on the motor. The seal needed to be replaced and would cost $2551.81. I told them that I had a 18 month parts and labor warranty on the new motor installed. They told me that the engine was not covered under warranty because it was not an Infiniti engine that was installed. After my initial shock that the motor in my vehicle was not the normal engine infiniti would use, I reached out to Harper Infiniti. I talked to the service manager and he gave me the number to Knox Auto who they bought the engine from and holds the warranty. I called Knox Auto. The customer representative was a little confused why I was calling him. Normally someone from Harper Infiniti would call for the client. I explained to him I wanted to file a warranty claim on my vehicle. After explaining what was going on with my vehicle he said the warranty did not cover leaks. They recommend that mechanics change the seals before installing the engine. Obviously Harper did not do this or they did not install the engine correctly because it should not be leaking oil after such a short period of time. After speaking with Infiniti's client affairs which is basically a waste of time. Harper Infiniti refuses to fix the problem caused by a poor install of the engine by their service department. I bought my Infiniti new 6 years ago. I have 75,000 miles on it and spent over $15,000.00 on it in under a year. I will never buy or recommend an Infiniti vehicle again! read more

We are huge fans of Infinite and were heartbroken when someone hit us, resulting in our QX60 being totaled. Went to Harper and Jerrod Henson pushed us into a demo 2020. We discussed that we did not want to be over 40K. Wasted an entire day, 11-5 waiting on finance. Once in the finance office, where Jerrod left us, the numbers were at $41,500 and they would not budge, after we discussed a different number all day. We left, half way home realized they had several 2019 with low miles for under 40k. We turned back around and went back to purchase one, and were told they had sold that morning, while we were waiting to buy the 2020 for the agreed upon price. Jerrod was unprofessional and did not listen to us. If he had listened to us, he would have made a sale and we would have left in a car in the budget we were shopping in. Jerrod was constantly shifting his eyes, trying to catch other couples instead of focusing on us. We felt like an inconvenience. They did offer us golf balls and an oil change for our trouble of waiting and the extra $1,500 so I guess they tried, but it wasn't enough to make a deal for us. read more

Went in to look at a car that they had posted, was told when I got there that someone called about wanting to come look at it and purchase it so they gave "dibs" to the person that called VS the person that is there and ready to pay the day of talking and seeing the car. Was told I would get follow up phone calls, I got no such call I had to call myself, just for him to tell me the guy wants the car and I can basically take myself elsewhere. Probably one of the salemens friends or something so they held onto it for him. Never seen a dealership turn someone down that says they are approved and ready to go! i purchased a q 70 from Harper. before I put 1000 miles on the car I had to replace the 2 front hub assembly and because the tires had never been rotated or not rotated enough it caused something called cupping on the tires so even though they had plenty tread the tires had to be replaced. I realize I purchased a used no warranty car but I was told all the used cars went through one hundred and something point inspection with a ase certified mechanic. the hub assembly was around 1400 and tires were around 1350. after having this done I noticed that the electrical seat didn't move back when the door was opened nor did it move forward when the door was closed and the interior dome light didn't work. I was able to fix this problem for around 300. so less than 1000 miles in I have paid over 3000 in parts and labor that if a mechanic would have really checked they would have caught these problem. the funny thing is I contact Harper to ask how to leave a review and the person said it will be a good review right. so needless to say I had to find out on my own how to leave a review where I could. My salesperson "Austin", was a nice guy and helpful. I hope you have better luck but don't fall for the whole if it wasn't a good car we would just send it to the auction line. Gary read more

Took my g37 in last second to have computer tested for issues. They inspected the car all the way around. Even knowing that I am having an issue with my Cat Converter, which they could have told me was the issue, they held integrity and and told me the truth. Even after all testing they told me it was a fluke that they see all the time and that my car was fine. They didn't charge me a dime to look at my car and even washed and vacuumed it. I would have paid for their time but am incredibly impressed at that level of service. My car will only go there. I know I can trust them and in the mechanic world that means A LOT! read more

I was very disappointed with the sales personnel there, I knew which car I wanted from online research, after a test drive we started negotiating prices and to my surprise not only would they not come down one penny but they also refused to give me a few hundred more on my trade in,which was at the lowest trade in value per kbb.
