I can't speak of others' experiences and I don't know what people expect but I drove 3 hours to that place got out of that car and in less than 5 minutes I was in the car that I was down there for and on the highway driving it granted English is a bit of a second language but if you're patient we sat down we went through it I gave my terms they gave me their terms we kind of met I walked out of there with my car the same day and I'm sitting here writing a review now it was positive Long story short I'll probably wind up buying another car From them. I was looking for a Toyota Tundra Trd Pro, the top of the line tundras. Sonia's had one listed for sale and when I started looking at the pictures of it, it was clearly an SR5 Tundra which it one of the lowest trim models. I texted them to let them know that they made a mistake with their listing, and the guy responded not to bother him unless I wanted to buy the truck. This truck was priced as a Trd Pro trim, so it is about $10,000 over priced. Here we are 30 days later and they still have this truck listed as a Trd Pro trim. Don't bother, this place is a waste of time and money. Terrible service, we came in and wanted to buy a car on the same day. We were there for 5 HOURS. FIVE HOURS to get our paperwork and car cleaned. They couldn't even do a good job at that. The atmosphere is complete chaos. Employees either fucking around or getting yelled at. After we got the car, we noticed lots of problems with the car - bad tire, scratches, misaligned wheel, door won't shit properly. No problem, Mike said he'll help us make the car brand new again if we bring it in... ALL BULLSHIT, DON'T BELIEVE A WORD. This dealership has shown me the true colors of incompetence. After you sign for the vehicle, your basically pushed aside as they try to rack up as much sales as possible. I bought a 2013 Ford Fusion from this dealership. The passenger side door wouldn't open from the outside of the vehicle. The car had excessive drivability issues listed on the service agreement which were never addressed. They wouldn't even replace a cabin air filter. All of these vehicles are poorly restored past rental cars and auction vehicles sold at double the price they were bought for. I don't recommend anyone buying a car from Sonia' S Auto Sales. I had a terrible experience with this company. They are liars, disorganized, they don't keep their word. In December 2023 I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee, the car had mechanical problems, I took the car in twice to be repaired and was patient with the company. The worst wasn't that, when I bought the car I already had insurance and a license plate for another vehicle....In my innocence I activated the insurance for the car I was buying and left my plate with the company Sonias Auto Sales...we just needed the car to be registered in the RMV something that takes at least 48 hours.... After 20 days the insurance starts charging me for proof of registration of the vehicle at the RMV. I go to Sonia Auto Sales and they always mess with me with small talk...after waiting 30 days I went to the company to ask for proof of car registration and the company didn't have it...I had been driving for thirty days with a car without insurance and with a license plate that didn't belong to the car...two serious infractions, I could have been arrested for this. I decided to return the vehicle, I was there since 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM to return the car to the selling company, the manager refused to sign the form of receipt of the car, assuring that everything was ok and that they had already called the bank that financed the car and that they had already canceled my financing......I call to the Bank to confirm and the Bank reported that Sonias Auto Sales did not open any financing cancellation process, the bank's money was not returned.....They Are Liars, do not buy a car from this company if you do not want to have a headache. read more

This place is the worst car dealership I have ever walked into. The car I chose had mechanical issues and took over 2 weeks for them to have ready, and when it was ready for me they lost the damn key, bought me a new key, found the old one and stole my new key, spray painted my rotors they were supposed to change, never responded to the attorney general after I filed a consumer complaint and tried to respond to a 30 day letter via Better business bureau instead of certified mail, my passenger side door doesn't open from the outside, the transmission is screwed and I've already replaced all the brakes, 2 lower control arms, the transmission fluid was black and full of metal, they wouldn't even change my cabin air filter, it looked like they ran a wood chipper into the hood of my car while running the interior air. They tried asking for my car back multiple times, only to pass it on to someone like yourself. DO NOT SHOP AT SONIA'S AUTO SALES they are full of auto fraud. I wish I could leave 0 stars. Negative stars, actually. Called here about a car listed online. Tony confirmed that the car was still available and that all the maintenance had been done--it was ready to go. We confirmed which location I would be going to (they have two spots in Worcester) and he said the car would be waiting. I drove an hour there and they said the car was five minutes away--someone was bringing it from the other location (the one he specifically told me NOT to go to). I waited. And waited. And waited. I asked for the CARFAX and they said they couldn't get it, but instead got me the auto check. I specified that I needed to know what maintenance had been done and how the car was kept up, which they asked for five more minutes to get. I waited. And waited. 45 minutes went by and they showed up with the car (which was supposedly five minutes away when I arrived). There were issues--no trunk springs, the seat wouldn't move forward, the sunroof didn't shut. I shouldn't have bothered but I took it for a drive and could hardly turn the wheel, the steering was dangerously out of alignment. The brakes sunk a lot and they tried to tell me they were brand new, but I could feel the threading on the rotors and they were covered in rust. There's no way they did ANY mechanical work. Save yourself your time and gas money (wish I could get them both back) and stay far far away from this place. read more

This was the worst car shopping experience ever! DO NOT GO HERE! It's a complete waste of time and you will just leave completely frustrated! I went to the one located on Grafton st first and let's just say the language barrier is horrible! I sat down with a guy who i could hardly understand i told him i was there to look at a car i saw online and i currently had a loan and wanted to trade that car in he asked for my id and went out back to make a copy this took about 15 minutes (does it really take that long to make a copy of my license?) finally he came back and i said so can i see the car? He gave me the keys and pointed out the car but when i got out there i quickly realized this was not the same car listed on line that i told him i wanted to see so i went back in and told him he quickly said oh that Cars gone so i asked to see another one similar if they had one so he gave me another set of keys and pointed me in the direction of the car i got out there once again and turned on the car just to see that every light imaginable was on in this car! Plus the heat wasn't working. I went back in and told him what i saw he responded with oh we will fix whatever is wrong i told him I'm not sure and want to see more cars he told me let's see what we can get you approved for first. I then waited over an hour and still didn't find out what i was approved for! So i told them i had to go i gave him my hunger and told him to call me and let me know if i had an approval or not. 3 days later i call them to figure out what's going on since i still hadn't heard from anyone! I kept getting the phone passes from person to person just to be told he would call me back i never heard back so i called again and complied finally someone came on the phone and told me i had an approval and i could drive down there if i wanted so i did. When i got there a gentleman started to help us he showed me a car that was in my range but i didn't really like it so he told me if i wanted i could go to the other location and see what cars they had there. I then drive to the other location this is when it got worse! (Yes worse) i walk in and after standing there confused on where to go for a minute finally someone walks by so i said hi i was sent here by so and so to look at cars i need to see your cars 10,000 or less (mind you none of there cars had prices listed on them so it's not like i could just look myself) once again there was a huge language barrier...we walk into this small little room with a bunch of people talking loudly and being super unprofessional! They kept asking for my id and i said no i just want to look at cars they kept asking who sent me so i told them his name and showed them his business card and they acted like they had no idea who he was so finally i said forget it and walked out..it was so ridiculous and unprofessional all i wanted to do was look at some cars and nobody would even help! Second time went there to give them a second chance. GM said all set for the vehicle and ask to go down to finish every up. Arrived there rep told me that loan did not work because they only estimate without send to the bank. Waist at least 4 tripped to go there and they end up Lie their ass off. So i went in to look for a suv for work. Danny was nice enough to take me around. Told him I was looking for a toyota highlander for work. So he has shower me a 2008 and I test drive it which went fine. Made the deal he said 13999 for a 2008 which floored me and the magically down to 12k so went down 2k no problem. Had few things his guys we supposed fix. I had brought it there 6 times and each time left it for the whole day. Took 3 trips to change a headlight and they had my car for a wee before that fixing other issues. My point is one issue was the car running rough in 1st & 2nd gear. Since they don't believe in repair paperwork for the customer you actually don't habe ptoof of things. We I happened to keep all of Danny's txt he sent me saying they would fix things including the rough riding issue i.e...transmission junk after 40days. I have 'll the txt so my next course of action is my lawyer. The cat is coveted under the lemon law I brought it in for same problem a headlight 3 times and with no car to use since they had mine all day. Story short stayyyyy away veryyyy far away. Mike is the best salesman..he has tried 110% to help us with our problems with the service and detailing department. I just wish the other members of the staff did as great of a job as Mike...My husband and I have purchased 2 cars even referred his mother who purchased a car.. Our cars have all had issues that needed to be fixed however we have waiting a ridiculous amount of time for the service dept to fix our problems. It takes 3 weeks for parts to be ordered and its never is fixed the first time. I purchased a mazda which due to wheel issues I havent been able to drive. I have to trade cars with my husband as the mazda cant go long distances. I have only been able to drive MY car 1 week out of 2 months..now you can see how long this problem has been going on. All we are doing is getting lied to amd a run around..it does not take weeks for parts to come in..its call no accountability for customer satisfaction.
