She just said NO I don't accept electronic prescriptions. She said that it needed to be paper prescription or sent by the doctor. Two things Lady; 1. There is no difference between a paper prescription vs me printing the prescription 2. Who do you think sent us the prescription? The doctor. The prescription came from HappyTales veterinary hospital one of the most prestigious vets in the area. You need to improve your customer service, treat your patients with respect and honor your title by helping your patients. Also we live in 2026.

They communicate clearly and provide accurate information regarding pick-up time and cost. They answered my questions and provided updates via text. They even sent me a welcome text. In addition to prescription medications, they have some products for sale like lotion, bandaids, and OTC medications. According to the website, they are no longer compounding medications. Second occasion, again nearly a half hour wait to pick up RX refill for my wife. Was told the Rx was going to be over $200! Said, we have insurance with a co-pay of ZERO.
