The oil change was significantly less expensive than what I typically pay in Northern Virginia, and it even included a tire rotation. I arrived at 8:30 and was completely finished by 9:30. I'll definitely be a regular moving forward.

Well, they waited three weeks to submit the paperwork, and request a copy of the insurance card. I immediately sent the card and told them I had less than a week on my temp tags. I was promised a new set of temp tags would be sent to me. Well, guess what, the tags were never sent. I contacted Jenny Kichinko and was told the tags had not been sent. She said a new set would be mailed that day and also promised a copy would be emailed to me. Well, once again, they failed to come through with the email. I could not drive my car for 4 days due to their procrastination, lack of attention to detail and outright disregard for keeping a "promise." I have NEVER had such poor service from any dealership. All I got was excuses. If they would have given me the paperwork, I could have walked into the DMV and had my tags that same day. They need a complete overhaul of their office staff.

On the way back to Falls Church, the repair failed and the car was taken to Falls Church Ford. They fixed it, but said that Hburg Ford should reimburse me under warranty as it was their workmanship. I first spoke with Jason who agreed to refund all but the diagnostic fee (didn't understand that but agreed). I waited 4 - 6 weeks between checking in over eight months to not pester and I still don't have the refund. First, Jason wasn't there any more. Then I finally got to Brian the Service Manager. Long story short, he wouldn't even personally tell me that they weren't honoring the prior commitment and paying slightly over half what I was told previously. A very nice lady was left to that task. At that point, I gave up. I have three Ford Rangers, a Ford F-150 and a Ford Transit in addition to this Ford Fusion. For $187 savings Brian and his General Manager (it was told to me that Brian and the General Manger had discussed) left me with this sentiment. It's laughable that they said if we had returned it to their dealership they would not have charged me. We were 126 miles away so we went to the closest Ford dealer. The fact, that they know, is that we couldn't have brought it back to their dealership because it never would have made it based on their poor workmanship. I've had great experiences with Koons Falls Church Ford and Ted Britt in Chantilly. I recommend going there avoid these people that do this silly stuff. Difficult to understand the short sightedness.

I would not recommend purchasing parts from Harrisonburg ford. They will sell you parts without verifying VIN and claim as a special order. Once you pay for the item it yours, no matter what. They are supposed to be the experts and the ones who should ensure the customer is making a good decision. Instead they are about pushing product, meeting quotas, and not ensuring customer satisfaction. I urge anyone who is considering buying parts from Harrisonburg Ford to take their business to one of the other local Ford dealerships. Joshua D

I'm not sure what to say about Steven Kia... ranking is split between Kia and Toyota…read more. I received a safety recall notice for my car and went to the Steven Kia website. The website said to call or text (a number) to schedule the recall service appt. I texted twice with no response and then tried calling the number with the "response" on the other end says 'The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time...' I go to the chat on the website and ask for someone from service to contact me and the reason why. I get a text from sales...and explain my issue. She schedules my appt for me, telling me that they'll see me at the Kia location. Another text from that same number 10min later saying someone from service would be in touch with me and that my appt would be at the Toyota location. Then I requested someone from service to contact me and Logan called me within a few minutes. He was able to clear up all the confusion I was going through in that 1hr timeframe!! ------------------ Now to Toyota...Will was my advisor. Once I figured out where I was supposed to check in for my appt, it was smooth sailing. Though I was told (in one of my many scheduling interactions) to allot 3.5 hours for my appt, Will got me in and out in about an hour! WELL before the time I was told! The Toyota service center (failed to get pictures) is clean with plenty of seating. There's even a coffee and pastry area, along with other drinks and snacks for purchase!!

I took my car there to get my car inspected and an oil change.......(I had an appointment and ended up there for 2 solid hours) They want wanted me to pay almost $300 for a seven point type inspection witch I declined... I live on a fixed income and couldn't afford to do. So a little later I got a message from the mechanic and he was trying to to show me, that I needed 2 new tires which they where wanting to charge me over $300 ( that must be the magic number for the day) so I told them to put a rejection sticker on it and I'd take it somewhere else.... Someone had looked at my tires a couple days earlier and was told they should pass inspection! I was pissed. So I took it to Walmart and I had the guy check my tires and I explained to him what had happened and he did say it was a gray area but it should have passed inspection. So I went ahead and got 2 tires for less than $200. I've heard so may complaints about them but I went there anyways! I had even gotten this car from there.... NEVER AGAIN!
