    Visited Steven Toyota today and had a great experience with their service department. I travel for…read morework and get my car serviced pretty frequently since I put a lot of miles on it. The oil change was significantly less expensive than what I typically pay in Northern Virginia, and it even included a tire rotation. I arrived at 8:30 and was completely finished by 9:30. I'll definitely be a regular moving forward.

I…read morepurchased my vehicle April 28 and was told the dealership would send the titlework to the DMV. Well, they waited three weeks to submit the paperwork, and request a copy of the insurance card. I immediately sent the card and told them I had less than a week on my temp tags. I was promised a new set of temp tags would be sent to me. Well, guess what, the tags were never sent. I contacted Jenny Kichinko and was told the tags had not been sent. She said a new set would be mailed that day and also promised a copy would be emailed to me. Well, once again, they failed to come through with the email. I could not drive my car for 4 days due to their procrastination, lack of attention to detail and outright disregard for keeping a "promise." I have NEVER had such poor service from any dealership. All I got was excuses. If they would have given me the paperwork, I could have walked into the DMV and had my tags that same day. They need a complete overhaul of their office staff.

    I'm not sure what to say about Steven Kia... ranking is split between Kia and Toyota…read more. I received a safety recall notice for my car and went to the Steven Kia website. The website said to call or text (a number) to schedule the recall service appt. I texted twice with no response and then tried calling the number with the "response" on the other end says 'The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time...' I go to the chat on the website and ask for someone from service to contact me and the reason why. I get a text from sales...and explain my issue. She schedules my appt for me, telling me that they'll see me at the Kia location. Another text from that same number 10min later saying someone from service would be in touch with me and that my appt would be at the Toyota location. Then I requested someone from service to contact me and Logan called me within a few minutes. He was able to clear up all the confusion I was going through in that 1hr timeframe!! ------------------ Now to Toyota...Will was my advisor. Once I figured out where I was supposed to check in for my appt, it was smooth sailing. Though I was told (in one of my many scheduling interactions) to allot 3.5 hours for my appt, Will got me in and out in about an hour! WELL before the time I was told! The Toyota service center (failed to get pictures) is clean with plenty of seating. There's even a coffee and pastry area, along with other drinks and snacks for purchase!!

    I have never seen a place that lies so much and tries to blow smoke up your tail. My son went to…read morebuy a car here and found a ford focus that did look nice and we were going to cosign for him but still had not signed off on the paperwork. He drove it home for us to check out and told us how it shook when starting from stop. We drove it and told him there was something wrong with it and that I was not signing anything until it was fixed. He took it back and was given some story about being told by chuck that he needed to drive it so that the car would reset for his driving. Seriously. I told him that was the most bull.... thing I had ever heard. First I went with him and met chuck and I told him there was something wrong with car and I was guaranteed that it would be fixed out of their own pocket. Few days later son was called and told it was done. He brought car home again and said it was doing same thing. My husband and I went back in and spoke to eric and insisted he test drive it with my husband. Eric admitted that something was wrong with car and lifted hood and discovered oil had not been changed like we were told and we even had to put oil in the car when he first brought it home because it was empty. We were again promised it would be fixed. Well lo and behold the same old crap again. This went on for few weeks and to make a long story short they appear to be nothing but crooks who lie constantly like they think everyone is stupid and gullible but them. How anyone could think this is a good place to buy a car is beyond me. I even did research on this vehicle and found hundreds of complaints about the same issue we were trying not only to get them to admit was there, which after getting eric to test drive he finally did, but to fix the problem. But apparently ford is just like them and doesnt admit the problem per the reviews online. I am done with this place and the more people that can learn this the happier I will be. I would not send my worst enemy there to purchase a car. I thought steven kia was bad but chuck and them have them beat. At least the Kia was a decent car. NEVER GO HERE TO BUY A CAR. Chuck and Sean responded…read moreimmediately and were both very knowledgable when I had questions pertaining to the condition of the truck. I am usually skeptical about sales. However, their website indicates they are focused on the customer. I found this to be true when I visited the location. Chuck and Sean were very helpful and did not try to force a sale. Other employees made the process enjoyable by being very kind, respectful, and friendly. Being from out-of-state, Sean even insisted on picking me up from the rental car location nearby. I would definitely recommend this group if you are looking for a vehicle.
