Right next to the Sports Museum and a great place for better than fast food meals at reasonable prices. We came on a Sunday morning and it wasn't crowded at all. Service was very attentive and food came very quickly. Spacious dining hall with sports inspired images! A photo wall of celebrities and sports icons near the entrance. Fun place to come if you or your friends are sports fans.

We had great service with Gabby B. Harry Caray is a cool sports bar with a lot of sports memorabilia. If you get food there, you get free access to the Sports Museum that usually costs $10. The food was pretty tasty for a busy tourist spot. We had the Greek Salad, Double Cheeseburger with Grilled Onions, and Kids Chicken Tenders with Fries. The salad was fresh and the cheeseburger was great. The atmosphere is casual and the service was prompt but we did get there right at opening before it was getting busy. There are quite a few TV's with games on. But the highlight is all the sports memorabilia and the sports museum right next door. We will definitely come back.

I will say that the portion sizes are a bit small. I came during the weekend at noon and it was pretty empty but service was poor. The waitstaff made us feel rushed and any ask was an inconvenience. The burger was mid and the fries were not even warm when they came out. I probably will not be coming back again. During the day it is empty and I can see why.

I should have known that Harry Caray's 7th Inning Stretch was nothing but another tourist trap. I had high hopes for the 7th Inning Stretch, because I have heard nothing but good things about Harry Caray restaurants, so I don't really know why I had such a bad experience at the Water Tower location. We made reservations for a party of 35 (an outing for my sister's team) weeks ago, and our main reason for booking this restaurant was because it came with free admission to the Chicago Sports Museum. Unfortunately, the host we talked to when we made the reservation neglected to mention that the Sports Museum was closed for a private event at the same time of our reservation. Honestly, if we had known the museum wasn't going to be open, we probably wouldn't have gone here at all. As soon as I arrived, I realized the restaurant was not prepared for the 35 people we planned for. We had to move 12 people into one of the booths, and had to add an extra 4-top to accommodate everyone. It was already off to a bad start. We waited upwards of 20 minutes to even ORDER our drinks, and another 20 before they were actually served to us. Even though we were the only people in the restaurant, the service was still so slow and our waiter never checked in on our table group during our meal. For such an acclaimed restaurant, the food tasted like something out of a school cafeteria. I had the rigatoni alla vodka, and I was not expecting to be served overcooked noodles with flavorless sauce. Also, everyone's dishes were cold, and many were served with the wrong side orders. The only good food I had all night was a Holy Cow potato chip. After seeing videos on Instagram, I really wanted to try the baseball dessert, but after being at the restaurant for over 2 hours for a less-than-satisfactory meal, I didn't want to stay any longer.

We stopped here for a beer before going to the sports museum across the way. Beers were great but the fried pickles and dip sauce made it 50 times better. These are the best deep fried pickles I have ever had. Recommend stopping for appetizer (deep fried pickles) and beers before going to sports museum. Plus the sports museum is free after you stop at bar first.

Beers and Bears. At least the beers taste good.

Went there for lunch on a Sunday. Good selection of beers and decent cocktails. Just went with a burger and fries. Really good. Their steak sauce is homemade and pretty tasty. There were people there watching the Bears game and cheering. That didn't make it too loud for us to have a pleasant conversation.

Located on the 7th floor of the mall. Sports themed restaurant. Spacious place. Staff was nice. Steak was good. Solid food.

Great martinis, actually the best we had in Chicago all weekend. Server was friendly.

Dirty table with A LOT of crumbles also on the floor and dirty napkins.

It was within walking distance ... did I mention it was raining that night? And I was hangry? I was game for anything at that point. We arrived and waited probably four minutes for a table. A couple of the adults ordered a beer, the others ordered a Coke. We ordered a large pretzel and our mains. The pretzel was so good. All the meals were outstanding (a sliced brisket sandwich, some wings, chicken tenders, onion rings and a burger). Service was great. I usually don't drink on the weekdays, so I ended up just getting an iced tea and him a tequila soda, but because I don't drink, we decided to get an appetizer and we browsed the menu for a minute and ended up splitting the Parmesan chicken egg rolls. Truthfully, I really just wanted to see what that would entail because it seemed a little disgusting or maybe even some kind of high-food, but to my surprise, it was actually a really crispy skinned pizza roll. I'm pretty sure it had been previously frozen, but in that moment- served with a side of marinara, I didn't really care. It was full of gooey melted mozzarella cheese and almost like a breaded chicken nugget center. Pretty decent as far as bar food goes. They also had crab rangoon to which I thought, "hmm are they doing a little too much?!" I'm sure drunk me would have gotten them years ago so what can ya do. Overall, quite a positive experience. The bartender was really sweet and everything wasn't super expensive. I've been in the neighborhood for such a long time, but I've actually never been here and I'm glad I came on a night that it wasn't chaotic.

Being from the Chicago area previously, I regularly advocate for the Chicago food scene, and this unfortunately did not meet those standards. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, buffalo cauliflower, wings, and sesame ginger salad: -Brussel sprouts: tasted like they weren't seasoned just air fried and drenched in balsamic dressing -Buffalo cauliflower: soggy, unseasoned, runny buffalo sauce -Wings: PERFECTLY CRISPY, but no flavor (we ordered lemon pepper & buffalo) -Sesame ginger salad: sloppy mix of vegetables tossed in an overly sweet sauce with no sesame or ginger flavor in sight If you're not going to eat, this is probably a great spot, but from a food standpoint, there is room for improvement.

My son had a crispy chicken sandwich which he devoured and my daughter had a quesadilla which they prepared especially for her without any sauce. Everything was tasty. Luckily the window high top bar-seats were available. Not great for catching up in conversation over a meal, but it was better than the a fast food place nearby. The food was great! We had the guacamole as an appetizer - if you don't like cilantro - you will want to avoid it. It was an interesting appetizer, as it came with sweet potato chips. Both were good...not sure it pairs well. (I saved the guacamole for my burger) I had the wedge burger, primarily for the egg. It was great! The burger was perfectly cooked as was the sunny side up egg. I ordered it with a side of fries. Perfectly cooked fries. They give huge portions. I was able to share with my friends. I ordered a cranberry and tonic for a beverage. It was great, however, they served it in a "bar" glass, so it was not a lot of liquid. I had to order two. I prefer pint glasses for non-alcohol beverages. Tasted great, just needed more. Prices are reasonable for a city restaurant. Without tip for 4 adults, 4 entrees and 1 appetizer and soda-water beverages. It came to about $130. Parking...If you can walk or take a ride share. It's the city and parking options aren't great.
