Harry went completely above and beyond. Even though I couldn't leave the car there at the time, he took the time to temporarily secure the loose panel so I could safely drive home with my kids. He was calm, kind, and genuinely caring -- which meant more than he probably realizes in that moment. It's rare to find someone who leads with integrity and heart like that. Unprofessionalism, poor customer service, not keeping me up with updates unnecessary repairs to milk my insurance! I'm not sure what kind of cut adjustor Juan Lopez from GEICO insurance getting to approve $6k in repairs on a broken window that another bodyshop estimated $1500 and mission road windows replacement quoted me $400 but with off market glass and person that took my car gave me estimate of 3k with original parts! Mind my car estimated value for 2015 bmw i3 with 97k miles with fire damaged only 3k-4k on a good day. I will definitely contact Juan's superior Edwin Delgadillo on above matter to investigate possible state attorney general as well! They changed or painted back seats without my permission that haven't been affected by broken glass at all I kid you not! They changed and painted right rear bumper without my permission that had minor scratch previously and not even related to current incident! What a nightmare! A day job took them over a month and 4 days with bunch of unnecessary repairs it's just simply unnecessary! Add to that car camera completely disconnected and destroyed beyond repair! No receipt of that repairs have been given! How is that even legal and how they stay in business? Definitely reporting them to Bureau of Automotive Repairs for Fraudulent Business Practices! They deposited 6k check without my approval or my signature! I never agreed on that repairs being done! Stay far away! For the amount insurance covered, attention to detail should be warranted. Molding was scrapped (although whole lower outer door portion was replaced) and they totally disregarded the small Knicks and scratches done from accident. Although major noticeable damages were repaired/replaced and color matched, damages to front bumper on same side was neglected and molding trim. With passenger mirror needing replacement, attention should have been paid to surrounding areas, to ensure satisfaction. Wherever it was stored, it created a film inside headlights with moisture. I have never seen this prior to taking in car for repairs (although at first optimistic and excited I made the right choice, based on reviews). I would suggest doing your due diligence to shop around although this place was advertised by dealer on website. For 30k in repairs, most of invoicIng was mark up on replacement parts and inflated labor charges, than actual repairs. read more

My car had been hit, and I took my car to a nearby dealer who had a rep from AW collision that immediately helped me through the whole process. I appreciated the staff at AW tried to expedite the process as fast as they could on their end; however, the repair process took a long time due to the repairs needing approval from the other party's insurance. Despite how long it took, my vehicle looked brand new again when I picked it up. The biggest takeaway from this experience is to always call the insurance ask what the limit for damages is especially if you're going through someone's else's insurance and to check if the repair shop knows the limit as well. Would recommend this repair shop, but do your own research and don't learn it the hard way like I did. read more

He lied multiple times about when my car would be ready and beat around the bush whenever I asked. For damage that should've been completed in less than a month, it took OVER FOUR MONTHS TO COMPLETE. Every time I asked Patrick, he would say you can get it tomorrow but the car would never be ready. They completely scheme to keep the car in their shop as long as possible so they can up charge work hours and cheat you out of $$. Unless you want to be stuck in a rental for 4+ months take your car elsewhere. Shitty service, shitty employees, non integrated & poor work on the car. read more

I had to tell the bright receptionist to call him to ask when he is due back...she called and said 20 min...I left to do my errands, called 30 min later, he still wasn't there. My Mercedes C250 was fully paid off, well maintained and had just been serviced before my accident where another driver rear ended my car pretty bad. Because my car was 12 years old, unfortunately the damages exceeded what the insurance company was willing to give me.
