First, I was having a fair amount of difficulty with my insurance company to pay my claim. Once Casey assisted me he had it completely resolved within two hours. I had been dealing with my insurance company for ten days. Second, his company had to send the car to Toyota for calibration. The car came back defective. Casey would not let my wife this car until the issue was resolved by Toyota. They did it free of charge. Casey did not want my wife to be stranded. Finally, when the Prius Prime, 2025, was returned back to his shop Casey stayed an additional one half hour as my wife was running late so she could pick up her car and return the rental car. I brought my BMW here because the insurance company said they were preferred. I was wrong to trust…read morethem. An employee backed-up and hit the front right corner of my car. Apparently they hit the wheel as well. I pointed this out to them and they tell me the insurance company isn't going to cover that injury. So they fixed the body work and electronics. But as I drove the car, there was a vibration. They argued with me and wouldn't stand by their work. I took it to another body shop. They pointed out that Calliber used used parts, glued some parts and failed to paint it properly. Now my car is a $130,000 X6 M50. Then he took it to the BMW dealer who said the wheel was damaged, the suspension was bent, the rack and pinion was damaged. Bottom line, Calliber is an awful place to take your car. Cost to fix their mistakes and oversights...over $25,000!!! Compared to the $4,000 they charged insurance to fix my car. I bet this ordeal causes my insurance to be cancelled.
