Staff were friendly. The waiting area is comfortable and has a charging station for phones etc, free coffee and cookies, a vending machine with snacks, a tv (wish the remote had been available to change it from news though, would love to see sports on there!), and I saw coloring books and crayons too so kids can be occupied. It's four stars instead of five for two reasons - one, they misplaced my keys and it took an unreasonably long time to find them, and the second vehicle also took a longer time to pick up than I think it should have. Two, although they send video walkthroughs of several things on the vehicle (tire tread, etc), there is no description either in the video or in the paperwork of exactly what the video is showing or what things mean. Obviously green is good, red is bad, but... are those brake pads (my assumption) or something else? How long does it take to go from yellow to red on the little test things? I'd love more discussion or a flyer so I can understand what is being shared.

The woman who answered the phone, who I later learned was Roxanne, refused to provide even a general price range. She told me they don't give prices over the phone and that I would have to make an appointment. When I politely asked for her name, she hung up on me. I called back and left a message explaining what had happened and asking to speak with Larry or Everett. Instead, Roxanne called me back. Rather than listening to my concerns, I felt she talked over me, raised her voice, and insisted she had not been rude. I repeatedly asked her to stop yelling at me. During this call, another business owner named John was listening on the line and heard the entire conversation. I called a third time and finally spoke with Everett. He told me Roxanne was his wife. Instead of listening to my concerns as a customer, I felt he immediately defended her and showed no interest in resolving the situation or apologizing for the way I had been treated. I own four vehicles and was looking for a shop to perform brakes, a four-wheel alignment, and a coolant flush--well over $1,000 worth of work. Because of the way I was treated, they lost not only this job but my future business as well. Good customer service starts with treating people respectfully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Premier Car Care. I will gladly take my business to a company that values its customers and treats them with courtesy. They updated me along the way when they had my vehicle and even offered me a loaner car so I could take care of my kids, get back and forth to work. (With the Niro. I'm married, weirdo.) I mean really, how can you say no to color changeable ambient dashboard lighting?!? (Kidding, of course. We were on the phone with him to help guide him through everything. He was repeatedly apologetic because he knew he was asking a lot of questions, and the sales representatives were patient and respectful with him. However, toward the end of the transaction--right before finalizing--the finance manager, Jim Kelley, made a highly inappropriate comment. As he was leaving the office, he said, "these fucking people," referring to my father-in-law and possibly to us on the phone with him. This comment was completely disrespectful, felt racially charged, and came entirely out of left field. After hearing this, we no longer felt comfortable giving this dealership our business. My husband asked my father-in-law to request his keys, ID, and registration back and leave. If you choose to go here, be aware of this extremely disrespectful behavior from the finance manager.
