A few days ago someone side swiped my drivers side mirror while it was parked on the street. I did some research on local mechanics and called Maggianos. They picked up immediately and said they'd be available that day to take a look. From the start I was given great, honest, friendly service that included price estimates and regular updates on my side mirror. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly, and within two days I had a brand new side mirror installed. I'm thrilled to have found a reliable mechanic in my neighborhood, and couldn't be happier with my experience.

As I was walking into the office the attendant grab my debit put it into the machine and apparently put in for 50 dollar. I was only going to pump fifteen . I said fifteen please. He said that's what he pumped. I got into my car my debit said my debit was used for fifty. I went back in the office and said you pumped 50 instead of fifteen. He showed me a receipt for fifteen and then the other man said call your card company. I did they said that the gas station has to release the extra funds but as of today did not. I'm waiting till the end of the day and if they aren't released I guess I have to file a dispute. Anyway kind of shady if you ask me please be careful

I've been taking my Saab cars for inspections and small maintenance issues to Bob Wark Liberty…read morerepair garage for over 20 years. I took my Saab 2006 9-5 wagon for State inspection in January 2026. The car is maintained by Saab master mechanics and its condition was last reviewed by a top mechanic in October 2025. I was told by Dominic at Bob Wark's that my car had failed inspection because of 3 broken rear suspension parts and two failed motor mounts. Dominic provided photos of these failures. I asked 3 times for estimates to repair these failures but even though the mechanic reviewing the car said it was a breeze to get parts because Saab had been owned by GM, Dominic would not provide estimates saying later that maybe I should go to a Saab mechanic to get the work done. I showed the photos to two separate Saab mechanics and they told me there was nothing wrong with any of the parts which caused the inspection failure. They said there were typical cracks in the rubber parts of the bushings/suspension and motor mounts which is very normal and absolutely nothing in the failed inspection list was problematic. In fact, in doing the inspection Bo Wark's mechanic missed a leaking coolant hose which was about to fail and would have caused a catastrophic failure of the coolant system which could have caused a massive engine failure. I feel like I have been ripped off by Bo Wark and had to pay twice for my State inspection. Once to Wark and once to another garage whose owner has extensive experience with Saabs, Volvos and other European vehicles. I will never go back to Bob Wark Liberty even for gas and would highly recommend that others stay away from this garage for the incompetence and dishonesty for how they dealt with me.

I love the convenience of being able to drop my car and keys off before they open since I have to catch the train really early if I don't have my car. They've always managed to fix things quickly and well - nothing they've fixed in my car has had further significant issues. IMO Joe can be slightly brash at times and once or twice has made me feel a little dumb regarding car maintenance, but I'll admit I know very little about cars and in the end I appreciate the honesty and I haven't made those mistakes again. They've always been good at explaining any issues found and exactly what they're going to cost you before going forward. I've never been surprised by the bill. My elderly mother is in a difficult financial situation and she always says that she feels understood by them regarding pricing and holding off until she can afford things.

A day later they called me to tell me it was fixed. It cost over $600 and they couldn't tell me exactly what was wrong. After having problems with the explanation, he finally just said, "The brakes were put on wrong". First, the brakes had been on the truck for over a year with no problems. Second, they didn't replace the brakes. The bill showed seals and labor. The emergency brakes weren't hung up any more so I left it at that but I'll never go back again.

Shortly after which I had to travel to Massachusetts for medical reasons, needing to stay in Massachusetts for surgery and a fairly long PT rehab. During this time I had difficulty with my car. I was told my car needed the same repair John's shop had done on my car...big $$$. I knew it couldn't be true but had no idea what to do. I reached out to John HAUSER'S and John went ABOVE AND BEYOND, helping me trouble shoot, find a reputable garage, and HE called to apprise the garage owner about the case. I have no words!!! I have such respect and gratitude for John's kind, professional, honest, straightforward help!!!! This took time and effort away from his busy day with quite a few different interactions; not only calls with me but researching garages in the area I was in in Massachusetts, but also actually calling and talking with the owner of the garage I ended up taking my car for the service needed. The net result of the repair saved me HUNDREDS of dollars (over a thousand) and a car that's safe to drive back to Pennsylvania in a few weeks!
