The market is slower paced and easier to maneuver than some of the bigger markets. Prices are reasonable. Lines of patient shoppers form at the popular vendors. I bought fruit, vegetables and some baked goods. Many of the vendors are from local farms outside the city. I was less enamored by the crafts. I did see some nice pottery. A live folk band was playing during our visit. Covered seating is available to sit and enjoy the morning. Even a dog water bowl is out. Carts are available to help you carry your haul to the car. They've thought of everything to make the visit enjoyable. The market is held in a church parking lot. Parking is easy in and out with traffic moving in one direction. Accessible spaces were available. This is a great little market to support local producers.

They play live music in the Amphitheater for a couple hours. There is something for everyone. From fruits, vegetables and flowers to meats, honey, teas and food options for both breakfast and dinner just to name a few. They also have permanent bathrooms and plenty of places to park from the several free parking garages and on both sides of the library.

The market was festive with music playing and over 80 local vendors. Vendor tents are spread out with lots of space. A yoga class was offered near the amphitheater stage. We found a good mix of vendors with about a dozen selling local produce, my primary interest. The veggies looked fresh and I bought corn, dill and the most beautiful and freshest eggplants that I have ever seen. Prices were reasonable. Venders were selling everything from baked goods, local meats, fresh cut flowers and honey. There were some vendors selling craft and artisan items. Most notable to me was a vendor selling beautiful hand crafted leather items. We saw about a dozen food trucks selling breakfast items, coffee, smoothies, donuts and more. I thought the food trucks were on the expensive side but I only checked out a couple. Vendors were friendly and engaging for the most part. I like interacting with the local farm crowd. All of their popping corn is Indiana grown and they use Indiana maple syrup on their maple corn offering but I highly recommend the sweet & salty. Not a huge fan of kettle corn? They are happy to pop up a batch of plain for you as well. This year is a growing year for the market. It will take some time to get used to the new location & new name but with the addition of more produce vendors and readily available food options this market (fingers crossed) will get its groove back.

Sample flavors included cantaloupe, beet, broccoli. They were mostly sold out by the time I explored their booth. I was very impressed with the filet mignon sample. Sorry but I do not remember the catering/vendor name right beside Sincerely Soup, which I like their vegetable beef soup sample more than the cauliflower cream soup sample and definitely more than the cream of peanut butter soup with white rice sample. A couple of turkey vendors peaked my interest. Dolce Vita was already shut down, but I think I would like to someday try a few of their crepes. They are operating through March 22, 2025 for this winter season. I am glad I visited.
