I need to see the box. Look at the pictures on the back and really weigh my options. That's why I love this place. I can rent games for all systems. I can rent DVDs and blue rays. I can choose from a physical selection instead of virtual. They have it all and its close to home. Hello instant gratification. The real bonus isn't the selection and gratifaction. It's the prices and customer service. The employees will bend over backwards for the customers. Reserving games and movies to make the customer happy. The prices are so affordable. Rent a game for $4 for 3 days. And for a dollar a day after that you can re rent for two days. This place is amazing. I can only hope that it weathers and stands 20 years from now.

The workers seemed friendly and there were quite a few other customers there, within an hour of opening. But it never seemed crowded and remained pretty quiet. Here and there they have chairs and tables, so it could be a nice place to sit down with a book for a while. The rows are not straight, so it was a little hard to navigate the store. There were lots of books, but also lots of other things on sale. Puzzles, toys, records, pop culture gifts, and stationary/journals. They had a whole Harry Potter section with the books, of course, but lots of other Potter paraphernalia, like toys, mugs, etc. The signage over some of the sections was missing letters, I think whatever adhesive they used to affix the letters had issues with the curving surface of the book shelves. This store also had lots of events with authors on their event calendar. The cafe seemed like it had the regular snacks and beverages on offer, but I didn't look too hard at the menu. I don't really buy books much anymore (recovering book hoarder here), but this seems like a good addition to the bookstores in the area. I was a little surprised to hear of a new corporate bookstore opening up, but I see they are covering their bases a bit by selling tons of other gifts (and food) along with books. I bet this place will be packed leading up to the holidays!

If a hot book hits the market, the holds at the library will stack up six deep and you have to wait a year to borrow a copy. Also, the library is no longer a reference library, and if you want a classic out of the past, you can find it here. New books are expensive, but that is not this firm's fault. I enjoy getting a coffee and reading my purchase before I leave. The bathrooms need a code for access but employees have been gracious in giving it to me and indeed the behavior of all the employees has been impeccable. I invariably leave in an enhanced mood.

The dude that works here is always super cool and happy to give recommendations if you so desire but also smart enough to just leave you be if you're in the mood for browsing through the assortment of CDs and vinyl without interruption. I bought a countless number of new CD's here...and the owner was always happy to order up new or rare copies of discs from bands I liked such as probot, sigur ros, athlete, distillers, old queens of the stone age, kaito and vendetta red...to name a few.... Prices were always reasonable and I even got some free CD's and samplers along with killer deals on vinyl. Also got your standard T-shirts, posters and rock n roll stickers and memorabilia for your consumer pleasure! Check it out!

Music Millennium is the best record store on the entire west coast. Oh sure, I have about 5,000 other reasons, but that's the most recent one. I've yet to pay a visit and walk out without buying at least 3-4 albums. Add the CDs, DVDs, and all manner of other music/movie-related goodness and this place is the gold standard.

It was such an inspirational spot to go too. There are so many movies I want to watch now. Everything felt reasonably priced. I also loved the way the store was organized.
