There is quite the wide selection of records, and they also buy records. We brought some of ours to sell, and after inspecting the condition, we were given decently good money back on them. If I have more time in the future, I would definitely go take a deeper look at their offerings. This was a fun little adventure that's worth the trip!

Only the best record store on the entire west coast would know to buy a copy of the Xanadu motion picture soundtrack. And there you have it. Music Millennium is the best record store on the entire west coast. Oh sure, I have about 5,000 other reasons, but that's the most recent one. I've yet to pay a visit and walk out without buying at least 3-4 albums. Add the CDs, DVDs, and all manner of other music/movie-related goodness and this place is the gold standard.

I bought my turntable there. Ive even bought a shirt and some earrings from there. I've always had a great experience and a great conversation with Bruce or his help every time I walk in. I'm Latino as well so I can assure everyone there's ABSOLUTELY NO inappropriate behavior happening (see a previous 1-star comment). Vortex has a great variety of genres, everything is well laid out and easy to navigate. I'm always asked if I need help or if I'm looking for something in particular. Bruce has even special ordered me a few records he didn't have in stock. This is a great local business (in operation since the early 90s!) to support and I 1000% recommend stopping by.

There was a well curated collection, including titles from Record Store Day. I resisted buying vinyl I saw from The Cranberries, Garbage, Britney Howard, and a Godzilla soundtrack. There were also turntables, speakers, vinyl storage cases, cassette titles, and other items like soaps and candles. Worth a detour if in the area.
